Oo that Chaucer biography. I should read more by him, even if I’ve only read a little I’ll still say I’m a big fan. I didn’t realize how short Fractal Noise is. Great haul! I’ve done some reading this week inspired by your suggestions. I read A Boy and His Dog by Harlan Ellison since it’s set in 2024 and I haven’t really read the author. I also started Bradbury’s The Martian Chronicles.

I just read A Boy and His Dog this month, too, because of your comment here. Definitely not my favorite Ellison, but I'm glad I got around to it!
I found a good deal on a copy of To Sleep In a Sea of Stars. It's good to hear you enjoyed it.
It is long, but absolutely was worth every minute I spent with it.

It already might just be a contender for my favorite read of 2024. The ending was a bit abrupt and unexpected, but I liked the glimmer of hope.
