Route Description:
The route starts at Pantà de Sau, where you can leave your car in the car park near the dam, this route is only accessible by bike or on foot.
Take the dirt road that leaves from the lower part of the dam in the direction of the Ter valley.
The path alternates moderate ups and downs with flat sections, passing through dense forests and clearings with impressive views.
Halfway we will find the charming town of Queròs, if the water level allows it you can cross the bridge and go to the church.
The next stop is the Sau dam with great views.
The last stop before returning is the old town of Sau where you can see the partially submerged church and where you can have breakfast or lunch in the picnic area.
To return, you must follow the same path as you went, reserve your strength because there are both climbs on the way up and on the way back.

Equipment: Bring a mountain bike in good condition, with serviced wheels and brakes.
Provision of water and food: It is important to bring enough water and some energetic snacks, as there are not many refreshment points along the route.
