- I have been told by my main man Elliot Hackney that Nando's do beef. BEEF I said. Yes Dave Beef. I think it would be a good review says Elliot. So finally I get to try this Prego Roll, Cob, Bap, Bun or what ever else you want to call it with extra hot sauce.

I work for Nandos and I would recommend Peri Flamer chicken thighs. Hot sauce and a smoky bbq sauce together, cannot go wrong

RIGHT FOLKS, Just some info, haven't seen anyone comment this yet. Prego is a portuguese type of sandwich and its very similar to "Bifana". Most Prego I have eaten were pork whilst Bifana's are always beef, checked online and i'm guessing there are beef prego's aswell. In portugal you can get them for around 2 euros in local cafes and they're a staple of Portuguese culture. Just some background. Love ur content BVM keep it up.

Extra hot is just hot sauce basted top and bottom rather than just top. Try peri-flamer, it's peri-flamer (bbqish) + hot...amazing.
Next time you go to Nandos try a Sunset Burger. 2 chicken thighs, red pepper chutney, spinach mayo and extra cheese on a toasted muffin, amazing

BVM if your nose runs when you eat it means you very likely have a damaged vagus nerve, as well as possibly some connected issues such as Gastroparesis/stomach/bowel issues.
