The battlemask implementation is brilliant and should really be a standard approach to that sort of thing where possible. The way it integrates is great, and it means there's none of that horrendous fiddling around where you have to pop a face off, then spend 20 minutes trying to find where it landed before the cat gets it, then put the new one on, then swear a lot because you don't quite have the finger dexterity required to do it smoothly, etc. It's like the natural, and useful, evolution of Hot Rod's visor being stored inside his head, and I'm all for it.
This is pretty cool. Certain aspects remind me of particular Camaro Bees - most notably MPM3 Bumblebee and HftD Battle Blade Bumblebee: the massive chest (but this guy's got a somewhat cleaner back than those two), the mask integration in the head, at least ONE deployable/transforming weapon in robot mode (Battle Blade does what MPMdon't), and the annoying transformation (MPM is what Battle Blade isn't). Those cannons in vehicle mode do remind me of the ol' skool crappy RotF Cannon Bumblebee, though.
Definitely an impressive looking figure in both modes and would look great with magnificent mecha Optimus Prime but that transformation….yikes! Great job TM cause this figure looks as difficult as I imagined when I first saw it.
I don’t love that the mp bee movie stuff seems to do its own thing. This bee scales pretty well with Magnificent mecha prime and meta gate shatter. I collect Mpm but the bee movie stuff is its own scale for some reason
Normally I'm a sucker for a good Cybertonian mode but not really interested in the modern movie bots. It is nice to see one though where the hands aren't hanging out the back in atl-mode. Hope Hasbro is taking notes (just kidding we know that would never happen) Sort of feels like your life force was being drained out of you as the transformation progressed.....😂 Easy pass for me but does look cool.
Its DLX scale not masterpiece. Which is the next size up. Three zero scale basically. Bingotoys and others. Magnificent Mecha Optimus prime. Zeta toy’s Blitzwing. All DLX scale
Of the Bumblebee movie?! Why? It was arguably the best TF movie after Transformers 2007, (the first live action one.) The Cybertron scene was dope, but damn, there's plenty to like in the rest of the movie, and it's mercifully short, gets to the point and ends. I mean, I guess if you don't like it, you don't like it, but it's miles above TLK!!
Lol looks like you had some problems transforming it . Don't worry I did 2 that's why I didn't do a transformation video yet lol
Definitely did, not my best work
@TMReviews I am vary impressed with it I can't wait for the prime

I dont agree, the implementation gives us completely wrong headsculpts in both modes. Ill take accuracy over a gimmick any day.
This guy is awesome
Yep
That is an awesome vehicle mode! Very creative.
Both modes look good. I would of liked it to be more diecast. Cool Review ✨️😀

Yeah I didn't do very well 😂
Love it!
I may have to get this to go with my three zero bee (as you suggested).
I'd probably want it in alt mode though so I'd have to transform it 😬

Scales with the likes of the 3Zero DLX and GREAT with MM-01 Magnificent Mecha
Nice, that's what I figured
Wow doesn’t expect to like this thing but that alt mode bad to the ass
I think it looks great, just not 170 canadian great. Im waiting for it to go on sale
Friends don’t let friends ship in alt mode😂
😂
Bro it’s so finicky like the wheels on mine don’t want to go into the arm slot

Definitely was

2 minutes that were better than the whole movie. That movie after those two minutes were so badly written and acted I walked out
