- Kevin Pollak is an actor, comedian, impressionist and Director extraordinaire. He is currently appearing in the "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" and has appeared in such classic films as. "The Usual Suspects", "A Few Good Men" & "Casino" Directed by Martin Scorsese. By the way, Kevin and Bernard coincidently were in the same movie together "Avalon" Directed by Barry Levinson. Kevin's 90 interviews at the acting studio brought, humor, insight, and tears. We look forward to seeing him again.

I love hearing Kevin speak about the process of acting and all of his experiences as a comedian.
The.... impression.... I get with Kevin Pollack is he is a real person, relatable and not pretentious or the stereotypical Hollywood kiss, kiss, fake, fake, while he has the talent to be so. A person that fits into enjoying a big pint in a small pub, telling stories and being funny as well as he does in front of people being interviewed. Thank you for posting.

Impressionists are IMHO, the oldest form of acting. Comedians tend to be pigeonholed as “only” comedians. That is why many comedians want to be considered “legitimate” ala Olivier, Brandon etc. Yet so many “legitimate” actors are just really very good characters. Pollak is a real actor.
