I would have to guess that you are getting a Chinese hamster: 1. I don’t think you have ever gotten one 2. They have longer bodies then dwarfs so they need a bigger sized wheel 3. It wouldn’t be a Roborovski because then the sand bath would have to be bigger

My cage is now going to be a ikea detolf that i picked up 5 days ago i have my own seed mix mixed with higgins sunburst and mealworms I have a 8 inch wodent wheel, clean and cozy bedding, herbs and I have 3 hideouts and i mage one out of popsicle sticks, i have treats and chews ofc ! I have my cage setup now im just waiting for my hamster ! so thank you with out you and lenny, I would of not had proper care for my hamster, And i hope you don't mind Im going to name the dwarf im getting Aspen I wanted to name her that to remind me of all the help you have given me and cause its an adorable name ! have an amazing day i will always watch you, your the best 💕🐹💕

Been binging all your videos for a few days now because i recently found your channel looking up enrichment for hamsters. Right now hamsters are my hyper focus or special interest and i literally cannot stop researching and planning. I recently got my hammy named ymir and shes the runt and will most likely not live long due to previous care and attacks by other hamsters (she is missing two legs but they are healed and not open wounds or anything). Shes super tiny and thin and i hope i can give her the best care possible. Right now shes in a 100 gallon tank but am hoping to upgrade to a diy one like this :) your videos really help me get a full grasp on hamster care and give me inspiration to do my own research.
I am so excited, I am going to be setting up my own hamster enclosure very soon. I almost have everything together for it. Spectacularly enough, a good portion of what I have to work with is the same as what you've used here in this video so it's perfect for me to use as inspiration!
