The look on lawyer's face is priceless. He thought it'd be easy for him to just grab the land, but as soon as the questioning starts he starts stuttering. What a faboulous judgement.

1-Never keep your land empty, always build something and use the land.
2-Always make your will when you are young and keep the will in a safe place likely in a bank locker.you can always change it anytime.
3-if you are alone like in this case sell the land and enjoy the money, go to a five star old home they are amazing they take you on holiday and many more.
I work with Alzheimer's disease patients, i take care of them , i have seen lots of old people regret their decisions.
