I grew up on this guy, and have been missing him for a while, then stumbled on his new album recently. I've been needing this. It's like a wake up call to good country; I needed it, and so does the industry.
I'd love to meet this man. He stayed the same man throughout his career, he's a musical legend yet just the guy next door wrapped up in one. You won't find another one like him. I know I'll never get to meet this beautiful soul, 😍 but man a girl can dream can't they.

I was at a Concert in Portsmouth Ohio, so happy see him in person!!
Alan is one of the main reasons I became a singer/songwriter and moved to Nashville. One of my many goals in life is to open for him, or just meet him in general, thank him for all the inspiration he's given me.
That is exactly why I moved to Nashville in 2000. I became a security officer at that Grand Ole Opry and I met him and a whole bunch of other artist as well as actors, politicians, ect. I opened up for him once or twice and it was awesome. He is the only artist that I was a little nervous and star struck meeting. Very tall man. Chase your dreams and dont' let go

The lyrics from one of his songs...Chasin' That Neon Rainbow...the chorus ...Cause all I've ever wanted was to pick this guitar and sing. You have certainly done that Mr. Jackson....and far beyond! I’ve read his wife’s book, I’ve followed him for years. His daughter that lost her husband weeks after marriage. It all breaks my heart!!! He is such a good man. His wife is the beat woman a man. Could ever ask for!

This country boy is amazing. So soft spoken and down to earth. In fact I’m buying a farm in Newnan so I can get out in the country. I didn’t know Alan Jackson was from there. Lol. I've been an Alan Jackson fan for many years, (I'm 73). But over the last 10 years or so, he just hasn't been that visible. Kudos you, Bobby, for having him on your show for an interview, and introducing him to a younger audience. To me, he is just as big as Garth or Reba! I'm thrilled!

Fantastic interview with Alan, I too have been big fan of his since I was a little kid. A couple of favourite songs of mine that I wish he would do in concert include Someday, Who says you can't have it all, There Goes, Little Man and That'd be alright. Looking forward to the new album!
