This show live is incredible. My face hurt from laughing. There is probably an extra hour of laughs. And there is a lot of extras interacting with the audience for half an hour before the show with some jokes continuing into the show, so I you miss the pre show you will miss some subtle jokes that were set up.
They have the audience work together to fix the lights after the cast break them, which is why there is a fire at 9:14. They search for a hammer. The girl runs away and then is captured and forced to act. And some of the cast are in disguised taking to the audience.
The BBC also did A Christmas Carol goes wrong. And now have a TV show with this cast on the same premise. Then there is a live version of this, A Show Goes Wrong and Magic Goes Wrong.
Then there is A Comedy About A Bank Robbery and Groan Ups which are other comedy shows this group made.

If u have Amazon Prime, you can see The Goes Wrong Show. 6 episodes and 30 minutes each. Made by the same people of The Play That Goes Wrong and Peter Pan Goes Wrong. Just as insane as this show. Maybe do a reaction highlight video on that?
It is the same people - The Mischief Theatre Company. Their plays are amazing. MAGIC GOES WRONG (which they devised with Penn & Teller). THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG. PETER PAN GOES WRONG. THE COMEDY ABOUT A BANK ROBBERY. All really good.
This show is an episode of a BBC TV series called The Goes Wrong Show. The premise being exactly this-- a production of a play going horribly wrong-- everything from bad acting and set-design to special-effects failures. I'd recommend watching the rest of the series, if you can find it. It's a real treat to watch.
This is the hour length special that aired in 2016. Before The Goes Wrong show, actually. But yes, the show is fantastic. Nobody does it better than Mischief Theater.

@@Freezervision I mean technically I think Peter Pan goes wrong was at least 3 years old by the time the BBC asked them to film it. Long enough at least that it had gone on tour after finishing in London

Peter Pans Goes Wrong is my favourite because it's the very first show I've seen back in 2016 on Christamas and I bush out laughing so much that I couldn't control myself😄😅🤣😂.

I'm not sure if the pantomime bits made any sense to you, I'm pretty sure you don't have them in America? Just in case, they're plays put on for kids, with traditional moments of audience interaction. So an actor will say "oh no it isn't", to which the audience respond "oh yes it is" - the audience will also boo theatrically at villains when they appear on stage, and shout "he/she's behind you" when a character is looking for someone, who always remains comically behind them, or ducks out of sight. There're other things that lays crop up, but those are the main elements of audience participation that are used in this performance.
So like Dora the Explorer but with live theater?
There's an Amazon show by the same people, The Goes Wrong Show, where it's about 6 episodes with the same deal.
