All this is true but some of the drivers don't have any pashant for people to cross like when I was in Sierra Leone I was driving to worse to easten police i stop for people to cross the other cars behind my car they were so mad they don't want me to let the people to cross one of the officers ask one of the police officers to go in front to stop me after they stop me i asked what is the problem for them to step me he says because I slow down for people to cross that way they stop me and the other police officer told him to let me go before he let me to go
