Thanks for the support guys and girls!
Man really wanna do a OEM style conversion but I’ve already got and installed the 1m STYLE front and rear bumpers, which look great and were way cheaper but you don’t quite get that width haha. Looking forward to next vid mate.
Step 1: still have money after the maintenance and issues . Step 2: sell your kidney
Thanks for the info! Great to hear the suggestions about installing fender liners first 👍🏼
You car is beautiful bra. You did that..
Budget for the full body work conversion?
Nice one champ, could you please provide a complete parts list and supplier's details thanks
This is wicked bro.. Looks so good!
Where in Brisbane do you recommend for doing customised exhausts for my 120i E82? Cheers
Cheers man! Definitely recommend Rob Bliss in Geebung
Super clean my guy! Do more driving/exhaust videos PLZ!!!!
Cheers man! I might look into getting a GoPro or something!
part list and numbers would be huge.
Did you use oem 1m front bumper or 1m style front bumper? Hows the fitment if using 1m style front bumper.
Hey man love the conversion. Where did you get your rear fender arches from. I assume you used 1m OEM style flares and molded them to the car. I’d love to know where you got them from? I’ve got a 135i that I’m looking to begin the conversion on myself. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the great content 🤙
Hey man! Thank you for the comment :)
Rear flares are made by Prior Design and I purchased them from Vivid Racing. They were moulded to the rear quarters with modification needed.
are the rear quater panels plastic or fiber glass?
When you were talking about the rear quarters, if you went OEM would you have to just 'bolt off and bolt on' like the front fenders? or would it have to involve molding still? Great video btw was waiting for this!!
the quarter panels are welded to the vehicle. I'm sure if went OEM the bodyshop most likely "sectioned" the bottom part so basically cutting the portion of new quarter panel, then proceeding to cutting the area (usually by the belt line) on vehicle thus ending with a nice weld. unfortunately you can't really bolt on the quarter panel but another option is buying over fenders then using body supplies to mold it into vehicle if you dont want to cut.
Hey Jason! Thanks for the support!
Way of #3 gave a great response and I couldn’t of answered it any better :)
Mitch Nucifora thank you very much 🙇♂️ just picked up my 135i and planning to see if it’s possible to order a shell from Europe so I can clip it and try to have a hatch back E87 in Cali 😂
Mitch Nucifora love watching your channel aswell. Soon you will blow up🙇♂️🙇♂️
Thanks man! Appreciate it :D
Hey Mitch - what is your front wheel and tire setup? How close are you to the oil cooler cover on the passenger side? My fenders dont seem to be the limit as to how wide of a tire I can run but the oil cooler cover itself is. I dont see many people mention this when trying to get a wider tire setup up front.
Thank you
What headlights are those? They look great.
Bayoptiks! Cheers man. I reckon they’re the best headlights available on the market
how do you get the wheels to fit the widebody? i dont suppose spacers were enough
Recommendation for where to get parts??
Hi bro can u tell me your wheels office how big how wide.thanks
why air intake there?not cold air?
Yeah very likeable dude seems humble. Hate guys on youtube YO BRO THIS IS SICK DUDE 🤦♂️ I'm about to be laughed and mocked mut I got an e82 118D I was wondering do these kits fit them too or isit just for the 135i and the performance e82 cars?
Hey man! Appreciate the comment!
I believe the kit fits the E82 chassis as a whole! There may be a few things that don’t line up the same such as the duct mounting points for the oil cooler which may require additional parts, but it would more so all be the same :)
@@MitchNucifora great! I was worried that there be to much to modify to my little diesel but if it fits I'll work it out thank you mitch.
No worries Paul :)
@@MitchNucifora I'll share your videos with my car pals get you some more subscribers 😎
Really appreciate that Paul! 😃
such a beautiful car mate
Do you have links to the parts you purchased?
how much would you say it costs?
Sexiest 1 series imo. Can you tell me how much the conversion cost you, if that includes labor or not? Much appreciated
Thanks David! Personally the conversion cost me $35k but that’s including wider wheels, aftermarket carbon panels and new headlights. Had a full respray too. I’ve seen people do it for little as $15k :)
@@MitchNucifora why not sell this car and get an 1M?
Wheels spec and tyres
Wheel specs plz ??
Where did you buy the 1M bumper?
BMW. It’s a genuine 1M bumper :)
How much did all the parts cost
How do you make the rear arches flare?
aftermarket composite piece :)
if you ever go to sell this car. my god i will take it no matter the price
Don’t think I’d ever sell her brother! For the effort I’ve put in I probably wouldn’t let her go for anything under $70k haha. She’s a long term kind of build
Are the rear arches flared
They are aftermarket composite pieces :)
@@MitchNucifora but are they flared
Looks good, but you spent $35k and under the hood is still a 135i, which is a good car, but not as good as a 1M. As you probably know, the 1M is just a "compressed M3" as it shares frame, suspension scheme, brakes, LSD, etc. And not considering that a fake 1M hasn't any market value, whereas a real 1M increases its value every single year. Long story short, I'd have bought an original 1M instead.
Hi Jed! Appreciate the comment. What you’ve said makes perfect sense however my end goal to this car is not something I would do to a 1M :)
U
Where did you get the side panels?
Front or rear?
@@MitchNucifora Hi mate, I would be keen to know where you got both the front and rear panel as well? Cheers
