എനിക്ക് 68 വയസ്സ്.സ്റ്റേജ് 4 Mentastatic carcinoma GE Junction with ascites/peritoneal/?liver mets --mucinous adenocarcinoma.5th cycle palliative chemo with m-folfox -6 regimen on 7/9/2023 .scan ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ,
Over all minimal disease progression എന്നനുള്ളത്. വലിയ മാറ്റമില്ല എന്നാണ് Dr.പറഞ്ഞത്.ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള chemo continue ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. പിന്നെ വേറെ ഒരു ഓപ്ഷൻ കൂടി പറഞ്ഞു.molecular test and immuno therappy.അതിൽ എന്ത് തീരുമാനം വേണമെന്ന് എടുക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല.കോസ്റ്റ് കൂടുതലാണോ.എത്ര രൂപ വരും.എത്ര വർഷം എടുക്കണം.പൂർണമായി മാറുമോ.sir, താങ്കളുടെ വിലപ്പെട്ട നിർദേശം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.please.
