Some teachings say that when we are experiencing sadness, anger, or fear, that we should allow ourselves to feel those negative emotions , to accept them and love them. In this way, We understand that they are showing us that our ego is trying to control us in some way, such as by making us falsely believe that we are Lacking something, that we must have a certain outcome or that we are in control. And in doing this, we see the truth. And this process speeds up with practice. However, it seems very hard not to judge our own reactions to situations and life when we know this (which again is the ego). And when we judge ourselves, we shame ourselves. This idea of flipping between state of being certainly seems to take away that “spiritual judgment” more easily as it creates empathy for oneself.
I guess it’s because I see reality like a child again and my passion comes across that way. thanks for watching all the same, wishing you all the best 🙂🙏
Thank you for bringing so much enthusiasm to this topic.

It’s certainly does for me, but I also recognise spirituality is highly subjective so we can follow what resonates with us I guess.
I don't feel any stillness in you ... too much speed and will to convince others
