- Did you notice? In this video for the first time I used to MAGIC MASK function in DaVinci Resolve 18 to make the motorcycle pass in front of the lettering. It worked out well, but it's hardly noticeable because I passed the letters too quickly.😅

Super Naked Bike vs Naked Bike comparison
Two weeks ago I had the opportunity to ride the KTM 1290 Super Duke R Evo for a couple of hours and have to admit that the punch of its large 1300 cm V-Twin engine is unparalleled. Although my Duke 890 R is a lot more maneuverable and can be driven around corners much more playfully, its big sister doesn't have to hide in this discipline either. I think after a few days of getting used to it, you'll be able to circle corners almost as quickly and lightly with the Super Duke, even though it's a lot heavier and bigger. But the sovereignty and powerful feel of the engine at all speeds creates so much enthusiasm that my next motorcycle will likely be a Super Duke. The Super Duke puts a big smile on your face every time you pull the throttle.😁 Wheras my 890 is equipped with an Akraprovic Slip On Exhaust the tested Super Duke was only equipped with the standard. I think the 890 R sounds slightly better than the 1290 R.

Even as someone who isn't a bike rider, I am always so fascinated by these machines! I've even heard of KTM and how high-tech their equipment really it! They always have the coolest designs too!

Oh yes, the ‘Magic Mask’, I watched again, a good effect👍 !! Motor biking is so very popular here in Scotland, some fabulous quiet routes in the mountains and coastline; but some roads are now substandard due to deep potholes. I enjoy touring by car (BMW 3 series)’ but I always stay alert for bikers on the narrow roads and poor visibility junctions 🏍️🚘 ✅🏍️ ! Happy Sunday, cheers, Don 👋 !

I always wanted to buy a KTM MC250 dirt bike in the early 80's when I was a young adult but couldn't as they were too expensive even second hand back then. I ended up buying a used Husqvarna 250CR instead that I absolutely loved too! Those 2 KTM road bikes are just soooo sexy👌🙂. Can't decide which I like best ( i'll take the two of them if I could 😉). What a great comparison ! I would probably the 890 R . Mainly because I am used to the lighter bikes. Believe me I would get used to the 1290 if need be !!! lol The Magic Mask feature is a great addition. As usual I found your movie very entertaining as well as very thrilling. I still love my Duke 890 R, but my next bike might indeed be a Super Duke. 😉 Both sound pretty good and similar (which surprised me somehow), but I slightly prefer the 890 R in this regard. The Super Duke looks a bit better, though, and has the out of this world punch. But it is way more expensive, too. Of course I couldn't resist to include at least one drone shot at the end. Der Punch des großen 1300-cm³-V-Twin-Motors (180 PS und 140 Nm Drehmoment) sucht seinesgleichen. Ich liebe meine Duke 890 R immer noch, aber mein nächstes Bike könnte eine Super Duke werden. 😉 Beide klingen ziemlich gut und ähnlich (was mich irgendwie überrascht hat), aber ich bevorzuge in dieser Hinsicht etwas den Klang der kleinen 890er. Die Super Duke sieht dafür besser und wuchtiger aus. Natürlich konnte ich es mir nicht verkneifen, am Ende noch eine Drohnenaufnahme einzufügen. Ist Dir aufgefallen, dass ich in diesem Video zum ersten Mal die MAGIC MASK-Funktion in DaVinci Resolve 18 verwendet habe, um das Motorrad vor dem Schriftzug vorbeifahren zu lassen?
