I don't shame skinny people I just don't like it when it gets unhealthy; being very skinny doesn't mean being unhealthy but I feel like these models push it through diets and stuff to a point where - in my opinion - it neither looks healthy nor good
+Nicky Liz I think that's well expressed. I can tell that you are not shaming, and have no problem with naturally slender. But I agree that some have gone past a point that is healthy for their body type. Bella, Romee, and Stella were all this way for me.

The beachwaver actually did SOMETHING this year last year it was useless and did nothing to the models hair. Also they did better with makeup, last years makeup was crap

Really... That's a top level.... Fashion show....
i love the wings, i love the looks, i love the art part. miss this show so much, happy they are coming back with the body oppression reduces.
"We're not making all the girls look the same, we're celebrating individuality." → Only one girl with a pixie cut and only one with half long hair, all the others have long hair. That's not individuality! I want to see so much more! Where is red head with the natural curl, the bold girl, the girl with the blue hair and the mohawk and more?! VS, get your shit together!
That's not true. Look on instagram there were so many different faces and body types and looks this year. Obviously the staples (Alessandra, Adriana, Lais, etc) are going to look the same, because that is the look they have going on in real life, but especially the newcomers and the PINK segment there were such a variety of looks. Of course runway shows want to have a variety of looks that still goes together seamlessly. They really did work with individuality this year, it was just not shown in this 2 minute video. You should really check out some other photos :)

I think there was a black girl with very short blonde hair. The Brazilian Flavia Lucini has her hair on her shoulders. Personally I prefer the girls with long hair and not so different colors such as blue. I guess I'm a bit square haha.

All that long wavy hair is a very boring in my opinion. But indeed, some people like it a lot. Nothing wrong with that though! I personally would like to see more variety, something that's not seen as a beauty standard, something outside VS' comfort zone... :)

I understand... I think beauty has a reason to be a standard. There are models not exactly beautiful, some of them even have a strange look, but I don't think that is what VS sells, they've always preferred that kind of sexy look, that's why Adriana Lima is the queen! They changed a bit and honestly I didn't like this change. I didn't like some new models they hired. Some of them too androgynous.
