Great to know about WAP. The only WAP I knew was wireless access protocol.. I had been trying to make chapattis and this would make it more proper and softer as you mentioned. I learnt one more thing where you rolled the dough, cut that and then rolled. Great to see your cooking videos. Keep going

Density of water is more than tht of flour
Same doubt
He took tumbler measure as 5 tumblers approx equal to 500gm. So almost slight less half of water added..very simple 1:half...
