I just input 38 line of code manually, for half an hour, and it didn't work.

Either you forgot the master code or you looked up the wrong codes. A lot of cheat codes are for games from the U.K. so you gotta check.

What if I just have a normal PS2 and just look up the codes on my phone? Can I just type the game and codes in that way?

no way to just use the keyboard for this cause these methods take so friggin long.
