Superb recipe! Sugar content is also perfect. The only issue that hapnd was cake came out too dry? Does the pan size makes difference? I used a sheet pan instead of round pan. Otherwise all the ingredients i used were exactly like your video. Please suggest🤓
Hi dear. Yes if you are using sheet pan, the baking time is a lot less. If the height is about an inch or less, the baking time is only about 12-15 min. It's depends on how deep your pan is, the more shallow the shorter the baking time, with the same temperature. This will definitely improve in the moist of the cake

Hi dear. The reason why cream cheese was added is so maintain that authenticity of the cake, not because of stability reason of the cream. Maybe I can share the type of whipping cream in the market that you can try which I feel is good.i will list down both dairy and non dairy brands below Dairy cream: Anchor, Paul's, Millac Gold Non-diary: Value Pride, Rich's For non-diary whipping cream they are very stable. But don't over whipped, they get tight pretty fast. For dairy whipping, you'll need to whip slightly longer. Again, don't over whipped. Hope this will give you some idea about the creams
Thanks for your reply and sharing! The cream I used is dairy cream. After whip its quite tight and able to frost it on cake. Anyway It will melt in a short time. It will start to melt after 10 mins when I take out cake from fridge. And when I taste it out, its more like ice cream texture instead of cream. 😅😅 Any ideas on it? 🙏

For 9 inch pan, you'll probably need 1½ of this recipe. Or if you can 1¾ of this recipe will be more comfortable, you'll can trim off the edges. That means for every measurement of the ingredients, you'll need to multiply 1¾ or 1.75. I was using compound dark chocolate. You can also go for couverture dark chocolate too. Fine sugar is not powdered sugar. You can go for caster sugar alternatively, they are more or less the same. Granulated will be another option too

Yes can. Because the time gap is about 35min, so it will be fine. Just leave the batter in room temp while waiting

Hi. I was using 7 inch pan. You probably need another half of the recipe for 8 inch pan. So total 1½ of this recipe will be quite comfortable
