You could be a Grammy or Nana....always fun watching you...I just could not imagine moving again 39 times was enough for me...every 2 years my stuff jumped into a truck....the bug is just to cute...please take care and be safe
Definitely put up the hummingbird feeders. They have been spotted in NH already. Welcome back. So happy to see how far your Hawk Run Hollow has come. Congratulations on the upcoming grandbaby. The stocking looks great! June bug is adorable.
Pam I so enjoyed your video. I was laughing when you said the shop will be closed. Kathy, Ruth and I will definitely reach out before we trek over to your shop again. Sounds like late May might be a good bet. Your stitching is gorgeous. Good luck in New Hampshire. I can’t think of a good grandmother name for you because you look too young to be a grandmother. ❤
Glad your birds have found you so far! Was so good to see a video from you today, I’ve missed your videos. Hooray for being in the new house & having time to do it slowly. Hawk run Hallow looks fantastic ❤. I’m looking forward to seeing you gain this year at Celebrations! And congratulations on the up coming Grandmotherhood, ok so not a word but I’m making it one 🤣. I think Grammy fits you perfectly as a name.
I love the silk lame thread too - and I've got a challenge that calls for a designer that starts with a "G" for this month; so Glendon Place fits the bill and Thomas will get some love! Enjoy all of the excitement coming up! 🪡👠
I am happy, that your birds found your new backyard. I really enjoy your bird updates. And I like a nice round bug (being a little bit round myself ;) )
So nice to see you again. I hope everything goes smoothly for your daughter. Glad the birds followed you to your new house. I saw a hummingbird and oriole for the first time a couple of days ago. I'm in northern Illinois
I'm so happy your birds have found you! I'm planning my plantings in hopes the hummingbirds find their way back to my clothesline! Your ABC's have inspired me to pull out my chart and get it started. So excited for you and the arrival of your new family member! My husband's grandmother was supposed to be Grandma, but his brother couldn't pronounce it and it became Gamma instead. It stuck through to the next generation! Whatever you pick will be perfect, even if the little one alters it a bit!
Loved this video so much…. I Enjoy your little button push on the nose…..my first grandchild kinda chose my name . ViVi , she would hear Vicki …. It stuck and the next 8 followed… Congratulations … 🍾
I don’t have bird feeders “yet” but I will before the year is over! I hope all your birds find you! Ever since I saw your stitch of June Bug she’s been on my wish list.
Hi Pam! My mom wanted to be Grammy but when my son was a toddler he could only say Mimi so that’s what stuck. Your HRH is looking so good! Congrats on the move and can’t wait to see pics of the little munchkin!
I’m so excited for you. “Grammy” just kind of happened to me, because when my grandson was learning to talk, “Grandma” came out as “Grammy,” and he was just so stinkin’ cute that I let it stick. Now, I’m a GREAT grandma, and I’m trying to teach the 2 year old to say “Great.” 😂 I live in hope! At least that way SOMEONE will call me “great.” In other news: Your turkey is looking FABULOUS!! See you next time! ❤
I remember the excitement of becoming a grandmother for the first time and it only gets better after they arrive. Your joy is fun to see. Your Glendon Place turkey is amazing and I love the Hawk Run Hollow. I'm putting our hummingbird feeder out today as there have been sightings here in Woodstock, CT!! Looking forward to Stitch New England in October!
Just happened to notice you’re in Woodstock, CT. I live in East Windsor. I’m often in Woodstock because I do rug hooking at the Whispering Hill Studio. Just wanted to say “hi”.
Hi Pam! I am happy to hear that your birds seem to have followed you down the street! Your HRH is so cool! Looks like a finish soon! Such an exciting time waiting for your first grandchild to arrive! Congratulations to you and your daughter! I think Mimi fits you much better than Grammy. I think you are much too young to be called Grammy.
Exciting that your birds have followed you to the new place. Love all the progress you have made on Sir Thomas and the Hawk Run pattern. The bug pattern is very cute.
We've had alot of gold finches this year which is unusual and I love to see them. I hope the orioles find you. It's funny I'm from Maryland and they are our state bird but we don't have them here or at least I've never seen one. I think you totally look like a Mimi. It sounds fun like you.
So many great things happening in your life! My granddaughter calls me Memaw. Can not wait for Stitch New England retreat. I love that June Bug chart. She has always been one of my favorite designs. Yayy for the birds xx Michelle
How happy to hold that first grandchild! I remember just breathing her scent!! I am Gramma Dez! And now I have two great grandchildren! I love June Bug! My mom will be 98 in June and last year we did 5-generation pictures. I hope to teach my great granddaughter to stitch!
Congratulations on the new house and the new member of the family! As far as names go, kids learn pretty quickly, so my (unnecessary) advice is to be comfortable with what you’re called, and think about how it will sound when they are teenagers. My husband called his grandma Momo. As an adult, it was just weird. And when she was introduced to the spouses-we just called her Helen. Write down the cute names they say when they’re little, but they learn words very fast-they’ll catch on.
So nice to see you again. I am excited as I just bought Nora's June insect pattern. It was because of you that inspired me. It will be my first Nora. I will also be starting my first Mirabilia next month. Good luck with all of your busy life coming up. You totally can pull off mimi.
Hello!! I’m so glad that I found your channel! I started watching you last year but for some reason I stopped getting updates (I’m still subscribed) until today when you popped back up. YAY!! I so enjoy your videos. I was wondering what happened to you but now, because of UA-cam’s bug I have a nice backlog of videos to watch. 😊 Fun fact, my UA-cam name is partly to blame because of the wonderful June Bug. I love to garden but I scare very easily and why these guys have to fly right by your ear I have no clue but I’m pretty sure my neighbors either think I’m nuts or find it hilarious. 😂
So excited for you on becoming a ( whatever name you decide on) I have only two children so wasn’t expecting a ton of grand babies.BUT I have 8 grandchildren!!! Wow! I have trouble looking at them and call them by their right names. One family( my daughter) calls me grandma and my sons family call me Moute. All those grands are like having one bug after another coming to dinner. So fun!
My husband's grandmother was labelled "Hat" by our daughter, and his stepfather was "Guh-Doc." (Hat always wore hats, and Guh-Doc started out as Grampa Dick - his given name, but he was also a veterinarian and everyone in town just called him Doc. Guh-Doc seems like a better option, really....)
I was so excited to see a video from you, love seeing all of your beautiful stitching, the shop updates, and most of all the excitement a new baby brings.... You totally look like a Mimi..... Happy Stitching -Kimberly
How exciting that your grand-baby’s arrival is approaching soon! I love all your WIP shares. Fabric colors are beautiful. My grandmother name is “grandma “ so original, I know... lol. - Bug 🐞
Hi there! Great video! I am in Swansea MA, we’re practically neighbors, and my hummingbirds arrived Thursday, 4/25! So happy! Going to check out the Nashua NH thing you talked about. Sounds like a good time! All the best to your daughter and your family! So exciting!!
Can’t wait for news of the baby. How special to be a new grandmother! I thought I was going to be a Grammy, but my son wanted me to be a Memere. My mother was a Memere. Have you asked your daughter what she wants the little one to call you? Whatever name you choose will be wonderful. Best wishes to all!
My oldest granddaughter started calling me DarDar... so now all the kids call me that... I love it! I was trying to figure out what I was going to be called and it just happened! Always great to see you... I'm almost done with the center of A Tisket A Tasket, I only have a few flowers to backstitch, then I am off to continue with the border, I have the left top corner done! I look forward to seeing the progress of yours!
I have a feeling the name will happen organically no matter what I pick :) I'm hoping to get a bit of progress on A Tisket A Tasket now that I have Sundays for SALS
Congrats Grammy or Mimi! So happy for you. The stocking is wonderful. What an incredible heirloom. I have Glendon’s Tom Turkey kitted and ready to go. I need to pull it out and start it. Her patterns are always fun to stitch. TTAS is lovely! I also have her kitted and need to start. June bug is so cute! I hope to kit and stitch her soon. I’m looking forward to meeting you at North Meets South. ❤
The excitement you have for the new baby is infectious, I am so excited for you and your family! Glad to hear your birds found you! I told my family that I really want to get my bird feeding area set-up properly this year for Mother’s Day 😂 Hope to see you sometime in the near future!

Thank you so much! I'm embarrassed to say that it took me a good five minutes to figure out what TTAS meant, lol. I'm such a ding dong!
At least you figured it out! 😂 I need to remember to sign up for your fancy lady’s stitch night. I stitch a lot of Mirabilia and other “fancy” charts.
My mom was Grammy to my kids. My aunt is grandma-ma. My husband’s granny was mom-o. Ideas for you.

You definitely are a Grammy, not a Meme
Not a Mimi. My sister who is Pamela is Grandmommy. So glad to see you again
Grandmommy is cute!
You definitely look like a Mimi. Hoping to get to celebration in May…it’s prom weekend for my daughter so I am not sure yet
I hope you can make it but Prom is an exciting time too!
