This is an Inspirational Video, Tony. Thank you for sharing it. I particularly loved the part where you listed the 12 challenges you helped your clients overcome in 2024 that will still be relevant in 2025 and beyond.
Challenges that include technology and AI integration, talent acquisition and workforce evolution, and mental health pressures.
I really appreciated your emphasis on the significance of lifelong learning for individual career growth and stability. This perspective highlighted the necessity to me of staying relevant and not falling behind. Additionally, the importance of businesses investing in ongoing professional development to attract and retain top talent was well noted.
My main takeaway, though, as someone who has been a student of your work and a mental health ambassador for many years, in truth, what I would describe as an AHA moment was when you mentioned the challenges businesses face with supporting staff's mental health as their staff face having to work in ever increasing fast-paced, high-demand environments, especially now with the incorporation of AI, which is amplifying stress, anxiety and burnout.
The AHA moment being that it made me reflect further on how much of what is out there already to support employees' mental health is, sadly, already inadequate, insufficient and lacking in depth and detail and from what I have seen, in no way or form is this existing support set up or ready for the business integration of AI and the mental pressures it brings.
Thank you again for this timely video and the message contained within it; wishing you the very best for 2025 also. 🙏🙏
