Easy Potato Curry for Chapati Poori Paratha | Urulakizhangu Curry | Potato Sagu- Curry|Ep:879

Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Oil - 2tbsp
Fennel seeds -1/4tsp
Cloves -2
Cinnamon -1 small
Potato -2
Onion -1
Kashmiri chilli powder -1/2 - 3/4 tbsp
Chilli Powder -1/4tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Salt-
Green chilli -2
Tomato -2
Water -21/2 cup
Coriander Leaves -
Method
Take 2 potatoes and cut into cubes and boil it. Keep it aside. Take a frying pan add some oil. Add whole spices cinnamon , cloves and fennel seeds fry it . add one onion . saute with some salt. Add some green chilli. Saute well. Now add ¼ tsp chilly and ¾ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute well. Add 2 medium sized tomatoes. On medium flame saute well. Cook till the tomatoes are tender. Now add the potatoes to this mix. Mash the potato a bit and cook for a bit. Add hot water. Cook well for 5 mins. Check for salt and other spices. Garnish with some coriander leaves and some cut tomato pieces. You can remove from the fire. Serve it with rice or poori.
