Dear sir, over the last few months, I have been trying all your tiffin combinations... Adai- Aviiyal, Rava dosai-green kara chutney, Rava idli- green kuruma and the latest Poori- saagu. They all turned out awesome. I was able to identify and correct the little things that I was doing wrong before. While I admit that trying fancy/exotic dishes at home has its own appeal, the immense happiness of doing an everyday dish to perfection is unparalleled and for that I am very grateful to you. In my child days poori was a dish which is prepared only on the festival day r when some relatives comes home. Means once in four to five months I use to have it fast as much I can this reminds me those days.
