@@JenniferKelly6669 I don't rlly believe that that is a genuine belief. Some people are just hard stuck on issues and get hateful and obsessive. While it could be the case sometimes, feels as though assuming someone is gay is just a way to insult them on there terms. I don't think that is the right approach

Well, basing his current objective on something so destructive is a pretty good brand. This is a topic relevant to current circumstances. It's when 0.3% are pushing the 99.7% of people into compliance with their worldview and ideology when we understand the absurdity and harm it causes is the problem. Unfortunately, the truth hurts and being unpleasant must happen from time to time.
The issue is that 1)the number of "trans" people skyrocketed in recent years, thanks to the social contagion
2)THEY affect OUR lives as they force us to take part in their pretending, ignore hoe they poison kids with this ideology, otherwise we can be : fired/sued/threathened into submission and our contents can be restricted/banned.

“You get more bees with honey than vinegar” is a statement I feel most certainly fits here. Whether you agree with what Matt said or not is irrelevant here, Matt didn’t say anything he hasn’t said a million times before. The issue lies with how it was said. If Matt truly wanted to “tell the truth” as he claimed, he probably should’ve said it in a more palatable way. People are repelled by negativity, some may have a higher tolerance than others but overall most people are repelled by excessive and unwarranted aggression. What’s the point of “telling the truth” when no one will listen to you because you said it in a way that upsets even the people on YOUR side? Matt shot himself in the foot here, and in a major way. He successfully accomplished the very thing that he swore to destroy, conservatives sympathized with Dylan over Matt’s cruelty. The very people that Matt tried to appeal to sided with “the enemy”, if I were Matt I’d be very embarrassed.
Internet political personalities are obsessed with being assholes, so they look for whatever moral or ideological justification they can find to be hateful. The online political discussion just feels like a shitty gladiator ring. It's less about spreading a good message and doing your part to better the world and more about taking your anger and toxicity out on whoever you're allowed to.

There is no "trans/gay agenda" or whatever the fuck Fox News says, they just want to live their lives in a body that makes them comfortable. They’re already somewhat outcast from polite society (how much so depending on where in the world you live) so it would be nice if people didn't beat them while they’re down. I’m not trans, but I would like to be treated like a human being first and foremost. A lot of people see lgbt as subhumans.
What I don’t get is trans-men exist, so if Matt feels offended about that he should talk on that. Like why does he feel the need to speak for women, we are good we can talk about what does or doesn’t offend us on our own.

@@dannybengiveno3722 “Mutilation” is a loaded term. In this case, we have the condition gender dysphoria present in kids, and there is no debate as to whether or not that exists, it absolutely does. Now we have two options: either socially transition the kid and put him on puberty blockers (and no, any form of surgery on minors in happening in a negligible amount, with numbers in the thousands) or we could let the kid continue to live as their gender assigned at birth, leading to mental distress, and potential suicide. Given these two options, which one would you say causes the least amount of harm? Hint: There is a right answer

@tracer5951 I believe you are mistaken on your view of the right answer, my friend. We, as a society can not cater to the whims of confused children and put them into a position to act upon their fantasies and destroy themselves. A stronger family and or community could foster a correct path for such a lost child. If using chemicals and surgery is the only way to make you what you think you are, then maybe you are not what you think you are. You are correct as to there being no debate. Unfortunately, it does not consist with your view.
@tracer5951 Also, if you try and apply your solution for gender dysphoria to any other form of "dysporia" present in children, your solution would be wholly untenable. Say a child really feels like a certain body part is not their body part. Would it then be your solution to let that child cut off a limb that they feel is not a part of them? You have stuck yourself into an ideology. It's hard for me to take your "argument" seriously when you have boxed yourself into two options. Frankly, it's very naive and not logical. You are most likely young and having a hard time navigating life at this point, and I truly hope you find your way.
Whenever I see people overreact like this I just figure it's because they can't deal with the fact that a transwoman could be conventionally attractive so they have to reassert their straightness and lashout. I'll tell you exactly why he's SOOOO heated. He says it himself. If the trans community would have actually carried through with their claimed impetus to simply be "left alone" and "be themselves", no one would have bothered with significant commentary. BUT .... SOME, not ALL, but SOME in the trans community (and now SOME of their supporters) have INSISTED that you MUST be accepting of their ideology and if you aren't, that makes you close minded (see if you can figure out the illogic of that). But far and above that, those in the trans community (and their supporters) who go after and manipulate children and prey upon their usual, natural confusion and attempt to blur the gender lines at young ages to the point of mutilating surgery (which many and their parents are now regretting) is simply not acceptable to Matt and MILLIONS of other people. However, for some God-forsaken reason, in some circles if you speak up against this, YOU are the one seen as the monster, not those going after innocent children.
Its actually pretty easy to avoid hearing about trans stuff, and you will find they do want to be left alone.

People trying to pass as other races is documented, but not directly as that. Kids who are mixed or of a different race than the majority will culturally bend to fit it. Historically mixed race people who pass will bend to fit in. People will do a lot to bend to fit in. This person is cringey, and it does come across as mocking women. In fairness, Matt Walsh has good arguments... to a point. There are so many ridiculous people surrounding this topic, and he honed right in on it. But he will focus on the extreme for the $ and views and to prove his point.
The folks with the more balabced view that we should take, are those who just talk honestly about it. I.e. not pretending, or forcing the public to pretend. Just stating what is. The Offensive Tranny, Buck Angel, etc their messages are a better bridge and more informative than this ridiculous, cringey person or Matt Walsh.
What I think is dangerous about thus cringey person and the activism, is they try to sunshine and rainbow something that has serious health risks. E.g they don't talk about the sterilization and the real health issues with transitioning. So the prancing around like an idiot feels like it is ignoring that the activists are hiding that they condone sterilizing mentally ill people and especially children.

I don't agree with Matt on most of it, but I disagree on your take about stereotypes because it is degrading, insulting, and harmful, and I dont think you can relate because your not a female and have never had the lived experience and what makes it insulting is the fact that someone is profiting and spreading these negative stereotypes which is harmful because it puts the message out that this is what being a woman is. It would be different if someone did these stereotypes and didn't film it and put it online for profit.

I think the issue is that Dylan is a theater kid, she's very dramatic because of it and makes everyone cringe. I think the hate she gets is disproportionate when there are cis women being just as cringe on tiktok, so it seems like an excuse to hate a transwoman from most people with this take online
Honestly if any woman is insulted by Dylan it's their problem. Me as a woman I think Dylan is just very energetic and girly. A lot of cis girls are like that too so it's not a trans woman thing only. Dylan isn't telling anyone what it means to be a woman, she's doing what makes *her* feel like a woman. It may not be the same for you but don't act as if Dylan is making a profit with "harmful" stereotypes when there's literally worst things on TV and movies.

I don't watch reality TV (or TV at all) and I think cis women acting like those stereotypes is degrading as well and sets women back. Obsessed? He needs to bring up the absurdity of these humans as it has been toxic for our youth and culture. If Dylan was just a weird dude pretending to be a woman, that would be fine, but he puts himself out there and advocates children transitioning on the national scale. We can not be nice to be nice to these people anymore. It was cute, but now it's damaging.
Some of us are intelligent enough not to "follow a trend" and instead find joy in other ppls happiness that's all. We need to teach that to our kids too that's all.
@rachelireland874 That is correct for some people, but I do not think children are, and that's where the line is drawn. Children can not meanifully consent and to push them towards options such as puberty blockers is not being compassionate. I understand people wanting to be nice and accepting, but there are real ramifications to using children as science experiments. If we are talking about adults, that would be different, but Dylan advocates for gender affirming care in children.
