This game was way ahead of its time. If it released now in 2019, a lot more ppl would play it and it would have a bigger playerbase. Absolute mad props to this game and everything it stands for. I got this with a bundle with a ps3 in 2013 and just recently finished it for PC 15 minutes before posting this comment. Love this game until I die
Lets just say, You cant forget the restlessness of the moment to unlock the next Op.Till then,You have to finish this game.A die hard fan from Pakistan🇵🇰🇵🇰🇵🇰
Coming from a family of previous military service, I still am finding it pains me every day that EA killed the MOH franchise. It was the ONE FPS franchise which actually felt like a digital salute to our nation's armed forces. From Steven Spielberg's involvement in the writing of the early games to the highly compelling, authentic stories of the later games, MOH was always a franchise which did our men and women in uniform justice. I can only hope that future generations of gamers will get to play games this well done. Shoutout to all who have served and a big thank you for your sacrifices.
***** As much as I can enjoy counter strike and the other first person shooters on the market, MOH consistently felt less arcade-oriented than its rivals. With non-recovering health (in the early games and certain hard core modes) and guns which had high damage, the time to kill was realistically short, and it forced you to play cautiously. Before Auto Save was implemented in the later games, I remember the palpable FEAR of death that MOH would instill as you heard the heart beats and the breaths of your wounded soldier. I know it's cliché, but they don't make 'em like they used to.
Enough media praises the american army already, it's overglorified as it is atm and we don't need more. People should choose to go to the army for the armies interests and their own interests, not because of an opinion forced on by the community, because that's excactly what that happens in terror groups, and that's excactly what we don't want to happen with armies.
It's not dead. They simply took it out of rotation because they have Battlefield. However, if Battlefield sticks with doing older settings, perhaps they'll put more effort into a future Modern Warfare MoH.
And debugg it.. It's one of the best war game of all time, but, at least the pc version, was full of bugs (specially on the mission that began on the beach, half the time the weapon remains blocked and you can't shoot). Great scenery, music and gameplay for the solo campaign, but games like this are not made for the solo anymore
I hope one day, EA or any other company that could buy the MOH series could turn it a huge hit like it was on the past, i actually liked the campaign because it felt like a more realistic wargame, differently from COD that looks like a Michael Bay movie.
I ONLY play first person shooter games, and I've done so for over a decade now, I even paintball...and to me THE best video game series, I've ever played, counting realism, detailing in weapons, tactics, gear, even the distinct sound of weapons when shot, has been the modern versions of Medal of Honor. "Call of Duty" and "Battle Field" video games series have always been nice, but the level of realism, and personal understanding of what these men and their families go through in their lives, for us all to live peacefully the way we do, can only be grasped a bit better through these amazing story telling on "Medal of Honor." And it's amazing to me, that futuristic game styles have more interest and commercial value, than games that touch subjects based on the realities of the world we are bringing our children to, than the stories of these men and women who give it all, to stop real life monsters who live among us, in such a compelling way just through a video game.
I honestly thought this game was a lot better than a lot of the call of duty and battlefield games combined. It was realistic, and you really feel like your in actual combat, only in this one your not afraid of dying because this is only a game. What did you expect on that one mission when you have to save the captian? A massive gunfight? They are trying to keep this game realistic because in real life actual sniper op's only last after a couple shots when you are rescuing hostages, not an all out gunfight like call of duty or battlefield(In some games for battlefield). Sure this game had its problems with bugs and glitches but it was a great game and I don't see what all the fuss is about
+Ryan Fanstone Are those games based on real events? This game is more so a story than a action packed FPS Arcade shoot em up game. You have to pay attention in this game, learn how to be strategic, cooperate with your squad and figure out a game plan to keep pushing forward. You have to use your ammo wisely. You are probably going to argue and point out all the kinks. Well my answer to that is, don't fuck with those glitches, and don't abuse your power. Make your gameplay interesting and stop bitching about how you can and cannot do this and that. Because honestly, you've probably never played it on the hardest difficulty and never got half way through the game at the same time. I started off on the hardest and died a hundred times or more. It's difficult to try and be a hero in that game. So stop acting like it's supposed to.
MOH: Tier 1 is good and this MOH: Warfighter is also good.. all Medal Of Honor games are not just shooting, guns blazing, the story, the drama is so good.. and the sound effects are superb.. soundtracks are Cool as well.. I definitely Love these games.. ~xD!
been with Medal of Honor since Rising sun. loved the game as a child. i feel sad of all the critics the game got, it was so perfect made to honor the war heroes out there to stop a war to stop a conflict, they defends other people who needs it out there. for Medal of Honors title itself tells it all. about the Honor. the soundtracks they had in the WWII series breathtaking better than CoD did. but CoD 2 was breathtaking back in the day after rising sun. Airborne were awesome. as young gamer back then Medal of Honor earned its titel. without MoH, we woundt have CoD or Battlefield. just a second tought. so BF lovers and coD lovers should embrace the MoH series that acutally evolved these series. ps, English is not my Language. its Norwegian. if my spelling is bad thoo. :)
AranBlazzerd I've been playing since MOH Frontline and it still saddens me to see how they killed a great series. I played the multiplayer on console for hours with my dad and brothers!
I really hope they revive this franchise someday. I always loved it’s more realistic and faithful approach to war, which is something that Battlefield and Call of Duty lack imo. Medal of Honor 2010 and Medal of Honor Warfighter are very underrated games that didn’t get enough appreciation because mainstream gamers prefer over the top Hollywood like action gameplay and a comic bookish storyline. Medal of Honor’s gameplay might not be realistic like ARMA’s, but it still feels more authentic than Cod and Battlefield. Cod and Battlefield = Hollywood like action. Medal of Honor = A proper tribute to real life soldiers.
It’s coming back in 2020 with Medal of Honor above and beyond it’s a VR game but it’s a good sign that might push the game into mainstream media again and hopefully release a few games on console it’s being made by Respawn Entertainment
How is Medal of Honor copying cod? Why even compare the two? Cod is a game that is based off of fictional events whilst medal of honor is a realistic version of the game. Med as l of Honor was a success just because it wasn't Cod doesn't mean it's bad.
Priscilla Patalinghug BF3 was/is better than BF4 (guilty pleasure). But MOH has a somewhat better combat system with a tactical maneuverability that is implemented mostly throughout the game. I don't know about you, but I forced myself to play that game on the hardest difficulty, and I shit you not MOH last mission was so difficult I wanted to quit the game. So I was forced to use the cover and shoot for the head. I even added a little trick to not use ammo fills from my team mates, and to not get shot as much just to make it as real as possible. So it was more challenging than any BF game I've played, and I think I will play BF4 on the hardest difficultly to be honest; coz I miss playing MOH.
MOH 2010 and Warfighter has the best story and singleplayer experience. i pray to god everyday it comes back. because it really deserves to. just because multiplayer freaks did not like the game singleplayer was awesome and medal of honor community really liked it
Here is the list of my top 4 best first person shooter games i've ever played. 1. COD: Modern Warfare 2 -2009 2. Medal of Honor: Warfighter -2012 3. Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway -2008 4. COD: Modern Warfare -2019

sad to know MOH is probably gone for good this time if they gave it as much attention as battlefield gets and got a good studio behind it. it would work without a problem
0:57 On his hand there is a badge. That is GROM Polish special forces btw ( I played the game). That badge represents the word PW which means Pomścimy Wawer (We shall avenge Wawer). Well guess what GeCapper? I'm from the future and I'm here to tell you, they did but unfortunately it's not awesome but it ain't bad either. I would say it's anywhere between bad and average.
i think that people are more interested in graphics that in the fun in the game itself. lots of complains about the IA and such but this is one of the best games that i ever saw. just my opinion.
One of the best modern conflict sim game ever made! Highly politicized due to being made by real tier 1 operators, Seal team 6, Delta and CIA. Continue the franchise EA! You guys are the best in honoring our troops! We adult war sim players are all standing by..
This game was really underrated, imagine that fight against Isis in countries like Iraq,Syria, maybe some eu countries in Moh:New game, this would be amazing...
I really loved the warfighter series and I still don't understand how it is possible that a so beautiful game was a flop, I would love to have a sequel to that game, you could try again it's been so many years and times have changed, people now want games of war in modern times just see the success of call of duty modern warfare and if they have succeeded you can do it too, with the great potential that a studio like DICE...you could alternate it with battlefield by releasing 1 year one and 1 year the other give it a new chance on console
my opinion is that it would probably be amazing. Halo franchises has left us gamers a lot of questions, not sure about those who read the books but i wanted more background on its universe beside the fact of the covenant and the humans + the flood. 343 didn't really scooped it off the ground to make some money. They're the same people who made Halo. I've high hopes that they will create a really good game.
***** SOME missions are based on real events. If it doesn't say "Inspired by actual events" in the timestamp for a mission it's fictional, like the intro and the level where Mother and Preacher are captured.
underrated , dropped support this is just disrespectful for such a nice franchise. Deserve more attention on Steam and maybe we'll get more MoH I'M not talking about just VR i hated some parts of gameplay like way to casual such game deserve a more tactical aproapch, controls to hit from cover and the '''pushback and red thingy when you get shot'' tedious af.. but other than that very much ahead of it's time. solid 9/10 on it's own and about 8/10 if i have to compare with early MoH. My all time favorite single player casual fps is pacific assault.
Why are people hating on this game?.....it has alot to offer.....it is an obvious improvement over 2010 and I'm actually really looking forward to the campaign.....following a story about real tier 1 operators is definitely more appealing than what cod has to offer.....
@coolyo366 That's because it tells the story of the same people. Take out the infinite waves of enemies, the extra visuals(explosion, cars blowing up), some other added stuff, and you have yourself an actual mission of a Warfighter. The breaching, the air support, losing partners, drones... All that shit is real mission stuff. The last mission was Bin Ladin's takedown. He had a bomb on him that's why they shot him when he surrendered last year. Learn your facts. Respect these people.
It amazes me that a 2012 game running on Frostbite 2 looks better then damn near every AAA title that's come out since. RIP Medal of Honor, wish the EA money whores wouldn't have cut you due to a rushed (but pretty good) game.
This game was way ahead of its time. If it released now in 2019, a lot more ppl would play it and it would have a bigger playerbase. Absolute mad props to this game and everything it stands for. You have to attempt that this game in some Aspects had graphics that amaze me in some cut scenes

agreed XD
Why discriminate COD :'( real war from Cod you say?
Play COD: World At War

EA does one Medal of Honor, so it's up to them really.

Best campaign ive played ever, so far…
Medal of Honor was released November 11, 1999, while the first Call of Duty was released October 29, 2003.
U sure?
Fanboys : "MoH cOpiEd CoD"
i am downloading it right now
Good trailer & game, but missed the opportunity to put a MoH theme in it.
Great game! The gameplay is one of the best ever!
It's Reborn - by Thomas Bergersen.
my opinion is that it would probably be amazing.
Is that from the movie captain phillips? 1:39
yep all of the missions are based on real events
***** SOME missions are based on real events. If it doesn't say "Inspired by actual events" in the timestamp for a mission it's fictional, like the intro and the level where Mother and Preacher are captured.
Spectrum Bravo hodor
Yeah I think so.
Scott Stewart Shriver pretty much every level that’s not explicitly all about Mother and Preacher is based on a RL event
I just think that this is better than call of duty and battlefield
rip mother and rip rabbit
So you rather take this game with tons of glitches, crappy textures and dumb AI?
Oh yeah GLITCHES from BATTLEFIELD and DUMB A.Is WHO ALWAYS STAND STILL AND SHOOT YOU from CALL OF DOODIE! Do your research first kid.
They should make a lone survivor dlc for this game.
underrated , dropped support this is just disrespectful for such a nice franchise. Deserve more attention on Steam and maybe we'll get more MoH I'M not talking about just VR
i hated some parts of gameplay like way to casual such game deserve a more tactical aproapch, controls to hit from cover and the '''pushback and red thingy when you get shot'' tedious af.. but other than that very much ahead of it's time.
solid 9/10 on it's own and about 8/10 if i have to compare with early MoH. My all time favorite single player casual fps is pacific assault.
OH SHIT, that follows right after the last Medal of Honor! That is sick as hell!
Why are people hating on this game?.....it has alot to offer.....it is an obvious improvement over 2010 and I'm actually really looking forward to the campaign.....following a story about real tier 1 operators is definitely more appealing than what cod has to offer.....
RIP Rabbit, gone but never forgotten.
Remember playing this after watch zero dark thirty
This game needs to be remade, it was awesome when it came out, the MP just needed work
It will be on Xbox x also medal of honor european assault
John Mcclane wait wait wait.... they're bringing MoH back!?
I really enjoyed this game
Even with all the bugs, this game is still awesome!
I miss this game and the one before it. :(
@coolyo366 That's because it tells the story of the same people.
I'm A COD fan and I have never liked a Halo Game, But Halo 4 looks really good in my opinion. I think I might pick it up
EA Should Make This Games Medal Of Honor Korean War,Vietnam War,Cold War,Iran & Iraq War Before Medal Of Honor 2010 & Medal Of Honor Warfighter
7 years later
Still no sign for any MoH game 😢
It amazes me that a 2012 game running on Frostbite 2 looks better then damn near every AAA title that's come out since.
RIP Medal of Honor, wish the EA money whores wouldn't have cut you due to a rushed (but pretty good) game.
Battlefield will never die like MOH both of those games are never gonna die!!
