Determined Trip Hop Beat on Volca Sample + Bass Guitar

- It's been a while since I've used Volca Sample. It's time to change that. In this jam, I'm loading my trusted white box with a sample pack full of sounds from my FAWM album and performing a trip hop tune. To fill in the low end, I'm playing a Rickenbacker bass guitar. Enjoy!

I LOVE this! But the hissing annoys me. Is that on purpose (the hissing, not the annoyance 😁) or accidental?
The hiss comes from my audio interface. It's not very good and the inputs became more noisy over time. Doesn't help that my Volca Sample is quite hissy, too. I've experimented with noise removal in post, but it affects the recordings negatively. I'm currently in the process of scoping out a better interface, that'll help me achieve a cleaner signal. @@Chaotrick Great track! I also had problems with my Volcas being noisy. A ground-loop isolator helped remove much of the unwanted noise on Volca channel. £8 each or something cheap. Plug into chain just before it goes into the interface/mixer. Might be worth trying.
