- Here's a review that I was asked to make- it was pretty fun to do and hopefully it's helpful to anyone thinking of buying this costume. It's my personal favorite of his. Enjoy!

let's not forget the alive costume
take the cardboard and use it to stiffen the gaunlets and put velcro on the suit to keep them from falling down around your wrists

Thanks for the thumbs up! Glad you enjoyed and YES I definitely would buy another, if I had the funds for it :P That one took some saving as I'm a college student, but would love to own another. Sad to hear about your issues in getting the costumes. Hopefully KISSCostumes will ship internationally someday.

put velcro on the sleeve so the gauntlets wont slip down .
Hey just wanted to say I saw you at the KISS/Def Leppard show in Detroit. Walked right by you between band when going to the bathroom. Was gonna say hay hey but we were both in a bit of a hurry to try not to miss KISS open. Great costume and you looked really great.

someone can tell please what material I need to do a home made Spaceman destroyer or alive costume? I need help specially with the chest cloth of the Destroyer costume and the shoulders of the Alive!

so stoked. I got my ace suit from halloweencostumes.com 48 dollars for the alive rock the nation version. boots 60. they got the paul boots for 48. the leather coat paul wore in alive 1. 38. on black Friday they had it for 28 dollars on that site I told ya about. but ya they got the real catman suit. that was 200 for 50 also. gene boots 109. so cool.

I have all the costumes from the 70s, not as Kool but I think mom paid like 4 to 7 bucks, I had to make the elastic strap that holds the mask on they don't fit anymore their for small kids, butt hay I have all four still in the original plastic my two grown boys wore several times, each year changing characters.

I been trying to find this and the boots boots need a medium if anyone knows where I can buy one or willing to sell there's off let me know I want this to go with my Gibson ace signature model
I saw them in 82 for the first time at Cobo hall with the Plasmatics. I thought that tour at Comerica was lousy. Sound sucked and Thayer was playing already. That was Saliva/Nugent/KISS/Aerosmith if I remember right. They were a lot better in 96 at Tiger Stadium.

I play in a Chilean Kiss tribute as Ace and own the Alive costume which I made it here in Chile. I would like to buy the Destroyer costume but since it is being sold only in small, medium and large sizes I want to ask you the following:
how tall are you?
What is your wheight?
Does the costume fits perfect on you?? or maybe you feel it a little bit tight/loose?
Sorry to ask you about this but since I'm in Chile I don't want to waste my money buying a costume that doesn't fits on me. Just for your idea I'm 7.5 inch tall, 199 pounds weight, foot 11 or 11,5. I give you my measurements in your scale, but just for the recors in Chile I'm:
1.84 cms tall
90 kgrs weight
45 foot
Pls help me, I will highly appreciate it :)

Halloween costumes on line has the ace suits new for 48 dollars. the boots 60. I just ordered them. all the licensed suits are dirt cheap on this site. and running out. they have 17 alive coats left. and 38 dollars. all the costumes. belts. boots are dirt dirt cheap. I just spend 200 and got tons of shit. cant wait to get my real suit. the paul boots are only 70 I think. gene boots in large. 109 dollars. yes the licensed stuff. this stuff. go see if you like kiss stuf.
