It's not true that the players always get vilified by the fans when they leave a city. TO left philly on bad terms with the Eagles but for the most part the fans here still to this day got big time love for TO and blamed the team for that situation going down like it did.
It's all about *how* you leave. Gabe Davis will also be playing for another team next season, and no fans are trashing him for choosing to move on.

4:17 my theology in high school was just like this. From a poor background, but a firm believer. He cursed, he drank, he smoke and he talked about it with the class to show that he wasn’t above any of us. He had his sins, but he lived authentically and always treated others with kindness and respect like he thought he was called to. I really believe that cursing shouldn’t be that important as long as the message is real and you are truly trying to honor god as best you can.

But, the other unforgettable Diggs moments are why we fans started to sour on Diggs.
The Texans were smart, they voided all of the remaining years on Diggs contract and gave him a 1 year prove it deal.
If Diggs goes into premadonna mode, they ain't re-upping his contract.

Exactly, I'm a Bills native, Diggs ego caused forced him out, the city fk'd with Diggs. He talked big shii and got in the Playoff game and dropped two big passes, and he was butt hurt. He basically a watered down AB with no Superbowl rings to think he is that dude. Allen #s were Top 3 before Diggs got to Buffalo, No Team is going to side against the Franchise QB. Stefon did the same thing to Cousins and Theilen in Minnesota, he was mad Adam was getting his shine instead of congratulating Adam. Buffalo Won 7 in a row and we took Diggs out the offense, bcuz he kept causing problems when he didnt get 15 targets. Sad part is Houston was building with a solid young team and now they got the cancer who going to cause CJ stroud issues when he doesn't get the roc. As a life long bills fan, we were tired of the drama before last season even started. We would rather have a player who can just shut up and do his job. Diggs always has to be the center of attention.. 15 targets a game wasn't enough, he is "open every play " ...his words, half Josh's interceptions came trying to force the ball to diggs so he would shut the hell up.. I'm glad he is gone.. we did better WITHOUT him being the focus. Drama with Minnesota.. drama with Buffalo.. eventually you will realize where the problem originates

As a Bills fan I loved having Diggs. He took us to another level and is the best WR in Bill’s history right now.
But he always seemed to not enjoy being in Buffalo. So many times the team talked about how much they loved having him but he never reciprocated that in the public. No hard feeling let him go be great if that’s what he wants!

I am from Buffalo and appreciate what Diggs did overall but can’t deny he fell off last season. That dropped passed against KC was the last straw. He was no longer getting separation and Josh was literally force feeding him the ball just for 6yd gains and interceptions.
