People talk about Thanasis, but forget that D Rose got his brother signed to Adidas and he didn't even play in the league or basketball in general. At least Thanasis actually is a player and plays every now and again.

I’m almost sure getting thanasis into the deal actually takes away money overall because Giannis can make more money by himself but he’s forcing companies to add his brother to the deal so companies probably give much lesser deals to account for the fact thanasis won’t sell well. Shout out to Giannis because it was him thinking of his family as to why they were even able to come to the states. Dude could have played and continued to send money home. Instead, he told the team his heart wasn’t in it unless he had his family near. Made a call to Herb Kohl, WI senator and Bucks owner at the time and got his family brought over.

He even made a video that year showing Adidas sending him a truck full of Yeezys, but he decided to sign with Nike again & got his own signature shoe line.
