For navy skill 2, use Koby sword (event), tashigi chambres (event), and tashigi punkhazard 14% skill 1 20% skill 2 20% cap speed +10% skill 1 when you have less treasure +13% skill 2 when allies not in treasure area where you are -4% skill 2 when you down an opponent
I just summoned her because my favorite furry and cute has a pink paw, first I collected 2500RD just to be in the guaranteed zone and got her over 650RD, I don't regret summoning for her

I get why people complaina bout broken ex's but look at grand cross. They released two broken festivals and tried to balance the next one and people got mad. Games need to understand people won't be happy if the new unit gets washed by the old ones
@@HIMOTHY123. FR Shank era was toxic as hell, after Ex-Zoro came everything was so balanced, finally, Bandai decided to balance the game but I am sure G5 Luffy will break the meta.
Great video but the one thing that bothers me with her is that the shield even tho its 30% of max hp still gets taken down with a single skill (some attackers even remove it with one basic attack) and with the skill 2 cooldown being so long its a huge problem since the shield is a big part of how you inflict frostbite quickly
Every unit that has a shield can be remove with 1 att or basic if the unit has att buff or does al ot of dmg so that part is useless , plus I think the cool down on the skill is at a good enough cool down. she deadass counter 99% of the units in the game

Depends on the damage. the thing is you shield doesn't contain your defense as far as i'm awaree. Or at least it might only be base defense. So I'm not sure how that plays into it.

However in the case of Doffy, I can tell that defense does not affect his shield durability. So my assumption is that, shields like Uta, Soba mask, Yamato, def does have impact; Character specific/visible shields are not affected by def status
Oh my gosh I forgot the support! I'm sorry!!!! I will make sure to add that. For her Attack support is generally what she will get the most out of. If you're able to, attacker with animal kingdom pirates wouldn't be bad either! but you probably have to lose a bunch of support % for that so probably not worth. General attacker support with zoan/new world would go great on her!
Amazing video man. I wish bandai slow down the releases or number of exs releases because it forces ppl to play the newest/strongest ex to play comfortably in the game. Why summon on anything else when you know exes are coming in few months.

As you say, maybe it's to give value to those medals and to the accounts that have them, but new accounts lose good sets with good tags, and it's nice to collect them and have them all to make themed sets, it's another way to have fun. A pity for the new accounts that are left without event medals and without some titles such as boss or golden ultimate navy force admirals. But hey, keep playing while you live because one day it will close like everyone else, hopefully later than soon but it has many hacks and problems and they don't seem to solve them, and lag and bad connection, but the game is fun and hectic, I don't think leave it looking only for money in tickets and EXs, since they have put the champion mode and that means more life and game modes, a project for the future. @@Romanpuss shorter dodge cd time --> easier perfect dodge --> 5 seconds invisibility + 20% speed boost buff for staying away a safe distance (can also be behind the wall if you have skill2 ready) from your enemies --> Use skill2 then skill 1. This is my strategy for using Nami although she is already broken even if you just directly spamming skills without being invisible
