@Victor l cant reply directly to yr comment so l hope you see this. Yelland prefers not to use drains as he feels it gives more risk of infection and can cause more probs with dog ears and skin tags. The percentage of people who get fluid or bleeds is so low so he prefers to work without them if he can. The physio gave me exercises, its to stop frozen sholder problems and apparently helps healing. Im wearing a Post op binder so tbst should keep scars still. Nothing has pulled when l moved...so fingers crossed its all good!!!
Ahhhhhh New chest!!!! Everytime l hear that or think that l start beaming from the inside out!!!! Thank you so much, despite the difficulties, it was all so very much worth it in the end
You look amazing! And so very happy! Congratulations! I did't have my "This is really my chest!" moment until I was able to see my chest without a binder or bandages. I am so happy for you!
Hello Finn, thank you so much for documenting your journey. It has helped me a lot to prepare for my surgery. I am 6 days post op. Your advice for the binder is a godsend, thank you ever so much. I hope you are well and again, thank you for putting information out.
Your results look amazing. I bet it's still really surreal! I'm so glad that things have started to calm down and the swelling is going down. I hope your resting up Mr Games!!
Such a beautiful documentary Finn and Nat, and really well put together. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. It‘s amazing to see you accomplish the things you want for yourself xxoo
Finn, what a wonderful walk through your top surgery. And mind-bogglingly honest and down to earth, as always. Congratulations and all the best for your recovery, mate. Awesomeawesomeawesome!
Brilliant!!! Soo excited for you and glad you got through the hematoma scare. Sounds like you were in good hands. Rest easy and enjoy the new lightness of being.
Thank you Kai, l recovered really well from the hematoma and other than there being more swelling than there woukd usually be, it doesnt seem to have set me back in recovery. This is a testament to Mr Yelland and how good he and his team are. I sm already beginning to enjoy the lightness.....though l think the reveal on Monday will be when l really feel it. Thank you do muvh my friend, for this comment and for all your advice and insights.

Hey Finn! I know I'm super late but congrats! Thank you so much for uploading your journey. You were the first trans guy I found on UA-cam and this video showed me it was possible to get the chest I've always wanted many years ago. I'm finally well into my journey and getting top surgery next month! 😁 -Alexander
Oh my goodness! What a wonderful message to receive! Thank you so much, I am very glad to have helped and I am over the moon for you! If you haven't seen my recent developments, Ive been developing my website and I now have some resources and info blogs and pages for surgery and scar reduction. If it helps, I shall link them here :) finlaygames.com/transgender-resources/ finlaygames.com/2018/12/reduce-scars-top-surgery/
So good to see you looking and feeling better, Finn! Was worried about you, guy, after that 2nd surgery! Love your wonkiness during post surgery. Glad you had Nat, your mum, and Will to keep an eye on you during this scary and difficult time. Caregivers are the best!!!! Thanks for making the video diary; very happy to see you recovering and at home. What is the exact name of your binder again? Talk soon, binder-free boy! #;>)
Thank you Andy. I worried a few...including me!!! Am doing so very well now though. That wonky momemt was hillarious!!! Ive had excellrnt care and support, nats bed baths are amazing!!! The back support is a londsdale neoprene back support.thanks so much my friend :)
@David Williams - I cant reply so I hope you see this! The link to the compression support ... www.sportsdirect.com/lonsdale-neo-back-support-761364?colcode=76136403
ACKKK I am nervous, your vids are helping me though buddy. 12 days till mine, I'm gonna do the same thing making vids about it. I want to thank you for being a constant great presence and awesome chronicaler (word?)of your journey. You and some others have inspired and been as brothers to me thus far and I sure appreciate it! will you tell me where I can get a binder like that?
Bless yo my friend, nerves are normal, all part of the process, glad my vids are helping :). Have a look in sports shops, they are sold as back supports. All trhe very very best of luck to you!!
Of course! Very wise to plan ahead! They dont have the exact one that I used now, but this is very similar. Anything breathable, with a simple velcro fastening like this is ideal amzn.to/3AW9wge I also have lots of other things I found useful listed on my top surgery kit list, if its helpful, you can find it here: amzn.eu/azfRMpW All the very best of luck for your surgery!
It's good to see that even though there was a complication it was dealt with very well and very quickly. Did the extra surgery add to the cost of everything? And what happens with fluid build up as there aren't drains? (I'm bloody glad that I wont have drains because the idea makes me feel sick haha but I am a little worried about fluid too.
hi mate. my surgery was funded so the extra surgery was just included into that. Mr Yelland doesn't use drains as the risk of hematoma is actually very low, I was just unlucky! you always get extra fluid after an operation and the body just gets rid of it over time. I was bloated for a good four months!
Finn hi first Time I have seen any of Your Videos how Do I message you privately ( all new to this UA-cam thing lol ) just Wanted to ask you a Couple of questions of that ok thanks kerry
Hi Finn, thank you so much for sharing. Can I ask you if the mastectomy has lowered your estrogen levels or if it had any effect on your hormones or your male characteristics in a chemical or hormonal way? I am about to schedule mine, but my body processes T slower for me than most. I often set off estrogen flairs if I take too much, and we still havent found my threshold yet.
Hi my friend, my top surgery had no effect on my levels at all and I havent heard of anyone who has had any issues with this. I would get a blood test booked in for a couple of weeks after your surgery to check your levels but hopefully it wont affect you. Good luck with your surgery!
XD Garr duudde.. I'v been so anxious/Exited for ya for past few weeks XD Super Glad all is well despite the haematoma. Guess someone's gonna be parting shirtless next summer XD lucky git. Hope to be in the same sitch by next year. Take care Finn and look forward to seeing the updates, maybe somday ill stop being a chicken and Vlog my ugly mug an all. lol. Thanks for the tips!
