With the tanks, artillery, and air power I'm thinking the Modern Army takes this one, suffers big casualties, but I don't see the Orcs taking out the choppers.
Like I thought. The Infintry got wiped out but the tanks and, especially the Helicopters, were too much for the Orcs.

I would have had the line of soldiers and artillery in the rear line prevent the forward line from being flanked.
