@@thedadliestman Christmas in 1997...2 days after my 10th birthday. Damn time flies. Still have my original N64 and still have my original copy of this game. Live them both to this day.
I grew up on PlayStation so I missed these absolute classics until I was old enough to start earning my own money 😢 I got this for my 19th birthday and play it every 2 years or so and sometimes I feel nostalgic for it even though I was a fully fledged adult 🤣
I was 17 when this OoT was released, but I didn’t own an N64 until I was 19. Back in 1999 we had dial-up internet. No youtube, very few and hard-to-find online walkthroughs. I had just moved out of my parents’ house and I had my very own apartment with no roommates. (I’m sure I’m not the only introvert among us…). I sat on my cheap futon and played this game on my clunky tube TV for hours and days and weeks. The characters were my friends and I have so many wonderful memories of unlocking these secrets all by myself. I played this game through at least 6 times over the course of my young adulthood. As much as I’d love to replay it today (still have the old N64), I can’t get past the polygons and technical limitations. Watching your video is a perfect substitution … thank you for posting. ❤
I got my N64 as a birthday present in 2000 and it came with Super Mario 64. That game blew me away, but when I played Ocarina of time later that year, that's when my life changed! I got so immersed in that game, the story, the graphics, gameplay... I was living it. 22 years later, at age 35, I own every game that came out, played almost all of them and the magic is still there.

This was a beautiful tribute, and it’s made me tear up. I got this game when it first came out and I was 6 years old. I could never make it past Queen Ghoma, so I put the game down out of frustration for at least 3 years. Eventually I gave it another shot, and the moment I realized what an expansive world outside Kokiri Forest there was to explore, I could barely step away from the controller. I was so drawn into the story and fond of the detailed environments, that when I woke up 7 years later as adult Link, taking down Ganandorf was personal. He had corrupted this beautiful place I’d grown to love. Thanks for bringing back some of these feeling and memories for me.
I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed it. I love hearing all the stories everyone has about this game and I'm glad to see it hasn't been lost to time yet. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much for making this video, I remember playing this game for hours as a kid, this video brought back so many memories, it even made me cry at the end, seeing the "the end" screen again after all these years.
This was so nice. Just an amazing retrospective that had me in tears by the end of it. Saying goodbye to childhood. Would love to see your take on Majoras Mask next!
Only the old heads remember what it was like going from Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo to N64 and PlayStation. It was an exciting time because the technology seemed to only be getting better and better. We really haven’t made a single graphical leap on par with that generation of consoles to this day. Nowadays, I can’t even tell the difference between a PS4 and a PS5 game.
You said it. Pioneering times from playing Pacman late at night hearing crickets. Then discovering Super Mario bros duck hunt and living thru the SMB3 hype. I remember the 8 and 16 bit wars.
The effort put into this video is incredible. Hats off to you man!! Grew up watching my older brother play this game. It was like a movie to me, always bothering him to play it. I've played through this game so many times, never gets old.
Excellent work. I'm really enjoying your presentation style. Really reminds me of how I tell my own kids about games. I Subscribed for Alone in the Dark and was blown away when this popped up over 2 hours!
I absolutely love this type of retrospective! It’s essentially a full walkthrough of the story and gameplay but in a story format. Great video, subbed 👌🏼🙌🏼
So glad I found your channel, an amazing critique and vocal walkthrough of one of the greatest games of everyone’s childhood, I can’t begin to tell you how much this game impacted not just me but the whole youth of that generation, thankyou for this amazing video, I’d absolutely love for you to go through twilight princess and majora’s mask with this style, can’t wait to see what videos you have next.
"Did you just watch a 2hr video of game retrospective?" Yes! I enjoyed every damn bit of it. The nostolgia I get is something special and will never depart.
Games like this just don’t come around much anymore, not even in the Zelda series. They’re really indicative of a bottled moment in time, where all the stars aligned and the perfect team was brought together under the perfect circumstances to make something truly special. Kids these days can have their big open world adventures, but I know of a time where this was as big as it got and people were happy. I’m only 17, but I think sometimes I was born too late.
This was nicely put-together. I was the perfect age for this game when it came out (about 11 or 12). This game encapsulates my childhood unlike any other. Thank you for the nostalgia trip my dude. Keep ‘em coming!
Great video! Subscribed and playlist saved. I'll always love Ocarina, still remember my brother opening it Christmas morning that year and being excited. It was his game, so he got to play it first. He would tell me all about it, and I couldn't wait to play it myself. When I finally got my chance I couldn't believe how awesome the game was. The world felt huge (replaying it later I would realize how small it actually is), the night and day cycle and weather effects made it feel real. Maybe you had to be there, but to me this game will always be a masterpiece.
This was such an awesome narration as you played through this game, I was 10 years old when this first came out and still have the game and remains one of my all time favorites. Great work.
I love this game. When I was around 5 we had to move to Europe for my dads job. To help with the transition, my uncle sent me his GameCube along with the ocarina of time master quest. I had this tiny Disney themed crt and I spent days playing and exploring all of hyrules intricacies. Fast forward 15 years of loving Zelda and the art of video games as a whole, hearing your recounting makes my appreciation for the beauty art forms can impact people with grow even moreso. As someone who is now 20, still struggling with the fear and loneliness of transitioning into adulthood, you’re way of storytelling, as I saw above inspired by how I met your mother (a show I love) makes me feel good and safe. Thank you. I’ll be coming back! Have a wonderful Christmas and/or happy holidays!
Great video and storytelling! Thanks a lot for that and those memories of my childhood! I still replay OOT and MM about once a year. I remember OOT as Navi being annoying, Ruto being annoying, the owl being super annoying and tricking you by switching the yes and no options! Saria and Malon being great, and overall a great adventure. Oh and Ganondorf, he's just a pig from the desert.
I'm clearly one of the few that enjoyed the water temple. Changing shoes didn't bother me. It's possible my experience was different because I'd have been about 16 when I played it. I completed everything except for finding all the gold skultulkas (still haven't found them all). Even after finishing the game I'd still pop in the cartridge to just run around in hyrule looking for anything i might have missed. I still hum the songs from OoT because they were just so memorable.
I'm sure everyone has their own favorite and not favorite dungeons in the game. Some of my friends hate the desert colossus but it's my absolute favorite in the game. Thanks for checking out the video!
This game is the reason I'm a gamer to this day and why im on a journey to be an animator for games and films. This game seriously had a huge impact on my life. Love talking to other Ocarina of time fans. Never really met someone in person who was as much of a fan, just virtual. sucks
I think there are more than you expect. As soon as people at work got wind of the video, i got a lot of comments on how the game meant a lot to them in their youth.
Not even two minutes in, and you're describing my Christmas morning with my n64 (except our pack in was Banjo-Kazooie) Instant like on the video from a fellow dad ;)
My favorite game of all time. It's simply the best work of art there is to me. Pretty sad to see where the series is going, but OoT will still hold up forever. Amazing video, thank you! :)
I always went to fairy fountains before every temple or dungeon and escaped and went back before the final boss of every temple. To fill up on fairies. They instantly refill your life when you die.
That's a good plan, I honestly went into some of the boss battles thinking that they were gonna be easy since I beat them years ago. Volvagia and Bongo Bongo kicked my butt a few times, though.
Damn, the beginning was JUST me! Only in 2003 with Nintendo GameCube and the super bundle Mario Kart Double Dash and Zelda Collectors edition (OoT, MM and some 2D Zeldas) 💪❤️🙏
Can't believe you don't have more followers. I've personally been looking for a father who understands my love for games so you've earned my follow for sure
I remember getting the game and a strategy guide for Christmas. I spent my whole Christmas vacation day and night playing it. It was a magical experience.
This will still remain one of the greatest Christmas gifts I’ve ever received. Truly one of the greatest games of all time. Incredible journey, soundtrack, gameplay, characters, and world.
I’m only sixteen but super obsessed with Zelda rn and currently playing oot, it’s really cool to hear people talk about how revolutionary it was when it came out
@BCZ21 I’m 17, and I would say in a lot of ways we’re actually not that much better off now compared to then lol. I prefer old games in general, but especially when it comes to Zelda.
What a great video, i would love to see you do more videos like this on old school nintendo games. I found this really interesting from your point of view as well
I really liked this video , it really feels like you haven't played this game in years and recently replayed it. Personaly i couldnt stay away from this game over the years and OoT is still my most replayed game ever.
I think the last time I played OOT was when the 3DS version came out. I wouldn't even remember when the last time I played the N64 version was. Thanks for watching! 😁
I've seen more than enough Zelda Videos like this of similar length. But, I don't think I resonated with any as much as this one. Your voice is amazing for this genre and I can't wait for your take on Majora's Mask. You are a phenomenal youtuber. A toast to your future!
Thank you so much! Majora is definitely on the list but I've got a few more games to get into before that. I know Majora is going to suck me right in 😅
Thank you for this. Still one of my favourite games of all time. The game changed the way me and my brother rpg games forever. Love the Zelda franchise.
Old gamer here. I played this in my early 20's. Even then, I was absolutely blown away. As a gamer dad myself, I did the right thing, and introduced OoT to my kiddo at an early age. It's still her favorite Zelda.
My absolute favorite game of all time. I can remember playing this and everything that was going on in life back then. Use to have the Nintendo power magazines and definitely had the book for this for when I got stuck
I just found this video this morning man. You’re a great narrator/storyteller. It was a really nice trip down memory lane. Did you ever play Majora’s Mask? I always preferred it personally but OoT is cool also.
I have the memory of being maybe 6 or 7 and thinking I opened all my gifts only find behind the curtain and unwrapped gamecube that came with OOT, MM and WW trail on one disk. That feeling has never been matched to this day
Watching this has made me excited to start this adventure in another year once my kid is 8, much like the age I was when I played. Mostly to just play again myself but hopefully he will appreciate it as much as I did, and..well if he doesn’t than I will play the games he loves and play with him, but still…will revisit this world 26 years later
It's definitely a good game to get them familiarised with games like this but when I look at kids these days and how good they are with tech, I'm always worried it'll be too easy for them.
@@thedadliestman I’m playing BoTW with my three year old right now and he loves it. It’s like a giant treasure hunt with tons of items he can talk about and puzzles and patterns he can think about. As a bonus, he eats better if we tell him his food is “hearty” or has cooking ingredients in it from Zelda, like Hylian Shrooms, Prime Meat, or Goron Spice. I think I’d have played Ocarina first, but like you said, Nintendo needs to release an N64 Mini!
Great retrospective and fully mirrors my life when I got a N64 for Xmas and all of the magical games that came with it! Such an incredible console! Would love to see you do similar videos to this for Majoras Mask! And maybe some other magical games like Banjo-Kazooie and Diddy Kong Racing.
As a kid this was the first game I ever played and beat with a little help from my dad with the puzzles. This was the game that got me into games. I watched him play it for a long time. He showed me how to play and would help with the puzzles if I couldn't do it. All bosses I did myself. Nostalgia or not this game will always be my favorite game ever made. If or when I have kids this will be the game I want them to start on like my dad did.
I was just telling my cousins imma buy a Nintendo 64 so I can play my favorite games! Orcana of time! I never beat it and still kills me that I didn’t! I have to beat it before I die Not sure why but watching this brings so many emotions and nostalgia. My brother used to play and I would sit and watch him for hours. He died 2018 so you doing this is really special. Makes me teary 🥹 miss him and all this. Thank you 🙏 ❤😊
I'm glad I'm not the only one who had trouble with the bomb flower wall puzzle lmao when I solved it I was like how didn't I see that before in the past week!!!I was like 10 but I get that same smile whenever I replay it and come ti this puzzle... it made me think more of my surroundings in games
I still have my childhood copy of Ocarina of Time with my save file where I'm stuck in the water temple. Still to this day have not beaten it at 32 years old. I have it wrapped in bubble wrap and I keep it with my collection. One day when I'm ready I will jump back into it. I just kind of find it fascinating that my save game has been frozen in time for over 15 years waiting for me to pick it up and complete it.
I have to warn you that Ocarina is one of a handful of N64 cartridges with battery backed SRAM save memory. If that battery runs out, and it's pretty old now, no more old save for you. Either play it soon, or look into dumping the file to back it up. Retrode 2 with the N64 addon might be the cheapest option for the latter.
Really glad I stumbled across this great review. Loved the water temple take too, on pacing, I always felt like I was just doing monotonous tasks then bam, dark link. More monotonous tasks and bam, morpha. Temple over lol
Thanks for watching! Yeah, the water temple was just egh to start with and when I got to the room with dark link I completely forgot to get din's fire. Kinda wish I recorded that bit 😂
During the Volvagia fight, just climb down the side of the platform. It's a climbable surface, and while you're on it, the falling rocks can't hit you. Do the same thing when it chases you; it can't get to you so it just goes back down a hole. Also, in the Morpha fight, if you stay in the room's far corners, you can't be touched.
I'm so glad that so many other people have such similar memories to their own. It's nice to be able to share and know that feeling, when you just had to be there.. because we all were lol😂 seriously though. One of the best Christmases ever!!! I spent the entire vacation playing the game day and night after that till i beat it haha
I really don’t know how to explain it but, I appreciate this so so much. My dad somehow got this for me and my brothers and at the time in 97 when it came out the N64 was so hard to get that Christmas, along with OoT (along with SM64 which toe get both at the same time!) This means a lot because my dad died 9 years later which might seem like a long time, but we all played this game together. And everyone was invested we wouldn’t play the game without all of us being there. We would call 1-800 nintendo for game help and got a $400+ phone bill my mom was so mad.. But this game holds such a special place that I can’t play it again or it will change. And for some reason this doesn’t change it. So thank you for doing this and I hope you keep going forward.
just watched again, soo many happy memories 🤗 my little nephews just started playing this, as hes got an N64, so playing it properly. He plays it like we did...lovely seeing a 12 yr old play this game
@@brigoose7945 That is awesome. I hope you didn't have to pay too much for the N64. I've been trying to get my hands on some old classics for the channel and let's just say that my wife wasn't too happy with the debits on my account. Retro stuff is crazy expensive.
You're not going to believe this.. I started this game as a kid in elementary school on my GameCube. I actually stopped playing after becoming adult Link and exiting the temple of time. I don't remember why. But I didn't end up coming back to the game until I was an adult in my early 20s. So essentially, I experienced the child Link portion as a child, and the adult Link portion as an adult. It was epic lol.
Great Video sir! You did a format similar to mine. I split mine into three initially before combining them. I still think to this day, Ocarina of Time is the GOAT.
I played with the idea of splitting it up into adult and child timelines but at that point I was so far into editing that I just bit the bullet. I saved your videos so I'll check them out for sure!
Incredible recap of the entire journey that is Ocarina of Time, and I agree with just about everything. However, I’m saddened that the genius of the water temple’s design has, too, escaped your appreciation. Yes, the iron boots swapping is indeed ridiculous and painfully repetitive, but the intellectual design, how revisiting rooms with and without water changes what you are able to do in them, and the poetic battle with Dark Link, make this the most beautiful adult dungeon in the game. Forest and Spirit are incredibly strong contenders, but I have to choose Water Temple (ignoring, of course, the horrible boss lol). But I loved the beautifully retold story. Excellent video!
After having played through the game countless times I just never got the feel for the water Temple. I've always had a fantastic feeling in the Spirit Temple. Something about that level just clicks with me. I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching!
I can remember playing this the year it came out; we had a really long winter break that year due to heavy snow, and we played it for about two weeks straight until we beat it. It was pretty amazing.

Thank you so much! I'm glad the game brings back happy memories!
Merry Christmas and best wishes!
Oot will always hold a place special place in my heart 🤩
Mine as well 😁
Great video and storytelling!
Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I didn’t hate it but it definitely is the most difficult in my experience but loved the entire game
Didn't bother me either but I guess that's how it was back then.
Took me over a week of listening to this at bed time to finally finish. Awesome content! Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Your voice is so soothing. And this is one hell of a sexy review. Thank you for your work.
You're very welcome!
Miss been a kid ! Ocarina of time instantly takes me back to when life was good
Definitely feel this one. Back when no bedtime was a cool thing. 😂
zelda binge watch has redirected my algorithm in this channels direction. This is an awesome find! subbed!
I praise the algorithm for bringing you here. Thank you! 🙏
I love the way you tell this story, calling us kids makes me feel like a child being told a story in a library
I actually got the idea for the narration from "How I met your mother" 😂
@@thedadliestman
"Hey kids, I told you this multi-year story to ask you if it's okay if I fuck an old girlfriend"
@@theonlybilge Son of a...Ted actually did that..
Easily impressed?
@@thedadliestman Majora's Mask retrospective Barney version 😎
Not even two minutes in, and you're describing my Christmas morning with my n64 (except our pack in was Banjo-Kazooie)
Instant like on the video from a fellow dad ;)
Oof, Banjo Kazooie. The stories I could tell about that game. I think I might have to put that one on the list. Thanks for watching!
I have watched this video almost every other night when I'm in bed and cannot sleep. I use it as background noise.
Thanks a bunch, dad
Anytime champ
My favorite game of all time. It's simply the best work of art there is to me. Pretty sad to see where the series is going, but OoT will still hold up forever. Amazing video, thank you! :)
These 2h went by fast! Thank you!
You're welcome!
Excellent narration! You, sir, have the gift of telling stories.
Thank you so much!
This is a great retrospective, really well put together, subscribed!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Holy cow man this video is so well made! I can't wait to see more videos from you!
Thanks a ton!
Damn, the beginning was JUST me! Only in 2003 with Nintendo GameCube and the super bundle Mario Kart Double Dash and Zelda Collectors edition (OoT, MM and some 2D Zeldas) 💪❤️🙏
Sad to see you haven’t posted in a while! I hope you’re doing well and consider making new content soon. You’re really good at it!
Actually uploading today! The video is rendering as we speak so I hope you have a few hours to spare :D
Can't believe you don't have more followers. I've personally been looking for a father who understands my love for games so you've earned my follow for sure
Thanks a bunch, champ!
I remember getting the game and a strategy guide for Christmas. I spent my whole Christmas vacation day and night playing it. It was a magical experience.
That first play through was definitely an experience.
Great video!! Thank you for allowing me to relive the greatest Christmas for me
Any time!
This will still remain one of the greatest Christmas gifts I’ve ever received. Truly one of the greatest games of all time. Incredible journey, soundtrack, gameplay, characters, and world.
Definitely greatest Christmas gift of 1998.
I’m only sixteen but super obsessed with Zelda rn and currently playing oot, it’s really cool to hear people talk about how revolutionary it was when it came out
I'm happy to hear the game's not been lost to time yet. Let me know if you make it to Majora's mask anytime soon!
You have no idea, it’s dope to see younger ppl appreciate the older games…we seriously thought at the time it could get no better
@BCZ21 I’m 17, and I would say in a lot of ways we’re actually not that much better off now compared to then lol. I prefer old games in general, but especially when it comes to Zelda.
The crescendo of this game STILL gives me goosebumps and makes me cry. Legitimately a PERFECT game.
What a great video, i would love to see you do more videos like this on old school nintendo games. I found this really interesting from your point of view as well
I'm working on a few Nintendo projects concurrently because I only have limited recording time so I hope they fit the bill for you when they come out!
I loved your approach.
You are not explaining the story, we are experiencing it with you
I really liked this video , it really feels like you haven't played this game in years and recently replayed it. Personaly i couldnt stay away from this game over the years and OoT is still my most replayed game ever.
I think the last time I played OOT was when the 3DS version came out. I wouldn't even remember when the last time I played the N64 version was. Thanks for watching! 😁
@@thedadliestman i need a switch port Of the 3Ds Version , Its so good X'D
@@JoordyDreaming That would definitely be amazing!
Every time you said "phantom ganon" all I heard was "Fanum Ganon" and now I'm dead
Let's just call it his evil twin brother Phanum 😂
Phallus Ganon
I've seen more than enough Zelda Videos like this of similar length. But, I don't think I resonated with any as much as this one. Your voice is amazing for this genre and I can't wait for your take on Majora's Mask. You are a phenomenal youtuber. A toast to your future!
Thank you so much! Majora is definitely on the list but I've got a few more games to get into before that. I know Majora is going to suck me right in 😅
Awesome narration of a classic. You got a voice for telling stories. Here for when you blow up! Subscribed man, keep it up! 👍🏽
Thank you so much!
Thank you for this. Still one of my favourite games of all time. The game changed the way me and my brother rpg games forever. Love the Zelda franchise.
No problem at all. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Man it's been a long time since I've played the original and the nostalgia Hits hard!
Keep up the great work!
Same way I felt when I heard the intro again after a long time. Thanks for watching!
@@thedadliestman the intro will forever the one of the most iconic master piece in Zelda history
Old gamer here. I played this in my early 20's. Even then, I was absolutely blown away.
As a gamer dad myself, I did the right thing, and introduced OoT to my kiddo at an early age. It's still her favorite Zelda.
I just got a Navi tattoo yesterday! This game means so much to me. Great vid.
Ohh, that's definitely a tattoo that'll stick by you. Thanks for watching!
My absolute favorite game of all time. I can remember playing this and everything that was going on in life back then. Use to have the Nintendo power magazines and definitely had the book for this for when I got stuck
I had the equivalent of Nintendo power. It definitely came in handy sometimes!
This is awesome. Can you please do more Zelda games? Your voice is perfect. This is like meditation, honestly.
I'm working on Majora right now but these take a while, unfortunately 😅
Great video 👍 👏 ocarina of time is the GOAT of of the zelda franchise. Super nostalgic and loved every moment of this. Thanks man!
Thanks for checking it out!
I just found this video this morning man. You’re a great narrator/storyteller. It was a really nice trip down memory lane. Did you ever play Majora’s Mask? I always preferred it personally but OoT is cool also.
Thank you! I will be reviewing Majora but I want to finish my backlog first 😁
I didn’t play ocarina of time until around 2000, and it was awesome. The music and sense of atmosphere was amazing.
Definitely! It was a fantastic game to grow up with
Love the content, mate. Very good stuff.
Much appreciated!
FOR THE ALGORITHUM
I have the memory of being maybe 6 or 7 and thinking I opened all my gifts only find behind the curtain and unwrapped gamecube that came with OOT, MM and WW trail on one disk. That feeling has never been matched to this day
Oooh, the GameCube one also had the Master Quest edition, right? I think I have that one lying around somewhere.
Great video! I replayed this earlier in the year and had a blast! Thanks for the upload. Subscribed.
Thanks for watching! 😁
Thanks for making feel like a kid hearing about and being sold on oot for the first time again
Anytime. Thanks for watching and merry Christmas!
Thank you!! Loved OOT ever since it released!
You're very welcome! Thanks for watching 😁
Damn, I have tears in my eyes man. I played it in 1998 in Germany when I was 7
It's still a great game to pick up today!
Thank you, now I found a new way to enjoy this game for two hours!
Hope you enjoyed it, champ!
great retrospective! got me feeling heavy nostalgia. would love it if you did any of the other 3d zeldas!!
Majora is on the schedule but I'm finishing up some other videos first 😄
Great retrospective and fully mirrors my life when I got a N64 for Xmas and all of the magical games that came with it! Such an incredible console! Would love to see you do similar videos to this for Majoras Mask! And maybe some other magical games like Banjo-Kazooie and Diddy Kong Racing.
I definitely want to revisit Banjo Kazooie. Thanks for reminding me!
That sounds really nice. My dad wasn't into games all that much unfortunately so I'm glad you got to play games with yours!
I was just telling my cousins imma buy a Nintendo 64 so I can play my favorite games! Orcana of time! I never beat it and still kills me that I didn’t! I have to beat it before I die
Not sure why but watching this brings so many emotions and nostalgia. My brother used to play and I would sit and watch him for hours. He died 2018 so you doing this is really special. Makes me teary 🥹 miss him and all this.
Thank you 🙏 ❤😊
So sorry to hear that but I hope it brought back fond memories. Best wishes from my end.
@@thedadliestman thank you for caring and especially your video. I ended up watchin it all. I really needed it
I'm glad I'm not the only one who had trouble with the bomb flower wall puzzle lmao when I solved it I was like how didn't I see that before in the past week!!!I was like 10 but I get that same smile whenever I replay it and come ti this puzzle... it made me think more of my surroundings in games
Oof, kudos if you can do this. If I leave a game for too long, I usually restart.
@@thedadliestman yeah I don't do that with classic games of significant value.
Good tips. Goes to show how gung-ho I was in fights like this as a kid 😂
I'm so glad that so many other people have such similar memories to their own. It's nice to be able to share and know that feeling, when you just had to be there.. because we all were lol😂 seriously though. One of the best Christmases ever!!! I spent the entire vacation playing the game day and night after that till i beat it haha
Exactly. Playing through the game now is not the same as in the 90s but I remember it so vividly.
@@thedadliestman same. I know exactly what you mean. It was an experience back then.
I love how your voice tones like we have never seen whats about to take place at every boss fight like we never have seen this game
I'm glad to hear he's enjoying it on the N64. I expected most people to just use the 3DS version nowadays.
@thedadliestman he saw my n64 and had ago on Mario and was hooked. We got his off ebay and now loves it
@@brigoose7945 That is awesome.
Great video, I hope a Majoras Mask retrospective is coming soon!
It's work in progress, with correct pronunciation this time, even 😅
Great Video sir!
This is awesome feels like a little bed time story
Hmm you popped up on my feed..... Don't know if it's the algorithm or the fact I'm binge OoT so much. This game was my life
Feel you on that. I can play the game from start to finish in my head, yet I still lose my car keys every day. Thanks for watching!
