the motor works just fine. It seems to grind too small and nothing can come out. I had to put mine one click in. I mean, went i put the top part of the grinder in, as soon as it is held in place, that is where I had to leave it. One click further and I got the 'not enough coffee' message, one click less and the top part wasn't secured and it grinded the beans way too big.
