📸 Equipment
(*Note that I value lightweight, compact and budget friendly options because of the type of travels I normally do)
* iPhone 13 Max - amzn.to/4bLmQU9
I have moved over to the iPhone for most of the ground footage - it actually takes amazing videos and my phone is always close by. Soon I will upgrade to iPhone 15 or 16 when it comes out mostly because of the stabilisation features and quality upgrades.
* DJI Mini 4 Pro - amzn.to/3W8MVI5
I absolutely love this drone - its small, compact and provides amazing footage.
* GoPro - amzn.to/3W88ok9
I still use the GoPro for the ‘on the go’ shots. It has great stablization, battery life and quality.

Great, great video! Thank you for such a wonderful trip. My daughter (24), and me, her mom (64) will be flying over and arriving on Sept 1st, but starting the hike on 3rd Sept. Thanks. A friend and I are doing 11 days starting in early August. Sharing your experience was helpful. We live next to the Canadian Rockies so we’ve been doing a lot of climbing for practice!!!

One of my best multiday treks last year. Congrats you both! And great video :)
@@gstefanof that is great! 👏👏. How many days did you hike? What was your favourite part?
@@joeyjourneys_eu 14 days total. In Champex Lac we had 3 days heavy rain ahead so I decided to make a detour, took a train to Zermatt and went for a trek around Matterhorn.
My three best stages. 1- col du Bonhome and col des Fours, happy I took this variant. 2-Bertone to Bonatti with Grandes Jorales for sundown and sunrise, 3 - the ladders and Lac Blanc to La Flegere.
@@gstefanof that sounds like a great detour. Congrats for completing it 👏💪
You're creating a positive impact with your content! 🌍
great movie!
@@remischenberg238 thank you! I love hearing feedback
WOW! nice dude!
Love your video. Nice pictures, and a really good storytelling along your walk. A little tip till next time you walk with the walkingsticks, I really recomend using the straps on the top af the sticks as a skiing stick. It gives more help along the trails for resting your legs. Have a great summer.
@@peterlundgaard6084 thank you for the comment and also the tip!
amazing💮

Joey I detect a 🇿🇦 twang. If so congrats on getting your ZAR to stretch so far - DBN!
Your K-Way puffer confirms it😅. I'm definitely subscribing.
@JohnVianneyPatron You are right sir! We have proud Afrikaans accents :). Dis mos lekker! Thanks for subscribing. We are living in the Netherlands at the moment but we are missing the beauty of South Africa and can't wait to come back and shoot some videos of some epic hiking trips there.
👏👏❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥
Laat weet as julle nog wil weet. Dis actually by nice want jy kan kos, water en snacks elke dag kry. So kan lig travel.
Baie dankie!
What month did you do the TMB?
Hi, we went at the end of July/ early August. We mostly have very good weather but it also means that there are more people on the trail
I will be starting my TMB on August 19. I’m hoping for warm and dry weather.
@@me-lg1yw Augustus is a great month for it. Sometimes summer starts a bit later so Aug is normally the safest time to go
this... Optimal
😊🔝👌
😊👏🌟🎉
I'll never get tired of watching your videos.
