Shoutout to my therapist for teaching my about the cognitive triangle - never thought I'd be able to apply to so many different situations. I hope you know that no matter what goal you may be striving for right now - there is struggle and challenge in the process!!! Like.... so much challenge lol.
Self-doubt, negative thoughts, second guessing yourself. I'm right there with you. Let's keep working at changing our perspective. Changing the initial thought which in turn will change how we feel and how we behave.
Please, don't quit. Keep going. Keep taking that step each day. Keep taking action.

I second this. I knew she was planning on starting something (1-1 coaching really) but didn't know the details etc...And started another program/challenge. But plan on moving over to her programs in the future as I've worked with her before and love her energy!
