“Otherworldly” is an understatement. Marquez is a freak of nature. So was Stoner, Schwantz, Rossi and a handful of others. It’s their ability to ride at 99.999% for the entirety of a race that separates them from the rest. Many riders can put in one fast lap, only a few can repeat it.
I think most of the them are riding at 99.9% for most of the race these days.. Quartararo, Bagnaia, Miller, A Espargaro, Binder, Martin, Bastianini (his lap consistency is why he’s won so many). Marquez is just incredible, but the standard the younger guys have to maintain makes them seem less impressive.

HRC isn’t shit*, he’s been with them for over a decade they’ve been good to him and vise versa, the bike just wasn’t developed the way they wanted this year as MM93 hasn’t been playing with it for 3 years to give feedback, most teams would’ve dropped their rider with such injuries over that time period HRC stayed with him as he’s won 2 classes on a HONDA machined bikes…
Exception of Agostini winning 7 with MV Augusta MM is 6 with HRC, which no doubt would’ve been more if not for the injuries suffered.
Next year, may well be different as he’s back to answer there questions on the bike..

I wish motogp could give us Fp1 & Fp2 highlights like F1 , also release the Highlights on the same day.
Highlights would be nice but I’ve noticed they release videos on their MotoGP platform first. They have to make VideoPass etc their primary source, but doing it on UA-cam might pique more interest which Dorna seem so desperate for.
That wouldn't work for motogp since barely anything happens in F1 practice whereas motogp FP sessions are mini qualifying sessions to get into Q2. The last 5 minutes of FP3 is the most crucial, so an improvement could be to post FP3 instead of FP2.

Respect to Italian engineering, the only nation to compete against the Japanese and yet there are countries like France, England and Germany who have no manufacturer in moto gp I think only England in tge low classes, but nothing compared to Italy.

To prevent Ducati dominance in Manufactures Championship, there will be a change in 2023
There will be no longer a manufactures championship, instead only Driver and Constructor
Constructor Points should be taken from combination two riders of Factory Team only. Independent riders only contribute points for their team in the Team Championship. I think this rules can prevent dominance of a manufacturer has more GP bikes than the others.
Motogp is becoming as predictable as F1. I'm starting to appreciate WSBK more and more.
