Hi, I recently purchased this model. Can you tell me the estimated hatching percentage of this model, like out of 56 how many will hatch? Thanks for your helpful review.
Hi all, I purchased this model incubator and I live in Australia. Unfortunately, for me, this incubator had a mind of its own and would constantly go too high and then too low in temperature. This ended with me checking and recalibrating every 2-4 hours with my tried and tested thermometer, it's humidity readings were also 10% lower than they actually were with a trusted hygrometer. I ended up losing all 12 eggs, 6 during the hatching phase as the incubator changed its mind once more and accidentally baked them for the 5 hours I was asleep. Maybe in other climates this incubator works well, but in a hot and humid one it definitely doesn't. Just my experience, take it as you will. Xx
@@IBkeeping They won't accept it as a return but I'll keep it as an absolutely if necessary backup. After the first week of its games I bit the bullet and purchased a River Systems Et49 incubator which I've just set up now for my next lot of eggs, was very sad waking up this morning to discover my 6 bubs hard boiled but atleast my australorp eggs will be testing out the lambo of incubators this week I suppose. I'll come back to let you know how my experience with this incubator goes, fingers crossed I'll have healthy bubs in a few weeks this time around!
@@maddcvnt4178 for sure, let me know how it goes. I'm always open to learning about other incubators. I was searching and searching and trying different things. I may want to buy that one if it gets good reviews. I wish you the best. Thanks again and sorry for your frustration on this incubator. It seems like it's hit or miss weather we get something that works anymore.
Hi.. And yes I've had the same/similar problems specially @ hatching time! I think it's a cheap & nasty incubator!! Spend a little more money & get a better quality one... R 🇦🇺 QLD
Use a seperate thermometer thats how i do it calibrate that incubator if you wanna be sure use a manual thermometer mine works fine after i did this but the incubator is still crap!!!
I just purchased a separate Hygrometer and placed it inside and set it the same as what it read. Its been awhile ago. I can't remember much more than that.
Its ok, I'm not selling it. I just wanted people to see what it did for me. Take a look at the other comments if you can see them. Its a good idea but made poorly. Many people say its unreliable. I totally agree with them. Thank you for commenting.
What is the correct temperature and humidity
How do you turn the light on???? Cant figure it out on my dads

Hello sir are you supposed to take out the turners in the incubator
Yes, I'm not sure exactly when, a few days before they hatch. I made the mistake of leaving them in because the instructions were lousy.
@@IBkeeping im not sure how to do it because I have some duck eggs in their and won’t be hatching the same days
Where and how do you add water in to it?
There is a small hole in the back that fits the tip of the water bottle in that comes with the incubator
I wash my eggs in half listorine half water right before I incubate them.
Sir Humidity level tell me

I only hatched the one batch and I got 21 chicks. I think I put 48 eggs in. I think I would have gotten more if I had more experience hatching chicks.
@@IBkeeping thank you for your reply. I will share my opinion and experience regarding this incubator soon.
Sohaib Ahmed if you mix very very diluted peroxide/water rinse eggs before I get a better hatch rate
Were can i buy this model
I got it on Amazon. It's from Yescom.
How to reset day please

Just search 56 egg Incubator on Amazon. It should show up in the list.
Emmanuel Del Valle it’s also on eBay for 72.00
I've got one of these & it is rubbish, very poor hatching rate & chicks die late in the hatch,
Sorry mate, I know it's not you want to hear.

This junk is unstable, imprecise and the hatch rate is ridiculously low.
Agreed
