This video made me tear up- seeing you talk about same sex weddings as if they are any other wedding is so touching! -- seeing how far we've come in terms of acceptance and equality!
I’ve always wanted to recreate the swing painting with my wedding and would love to have two swings side by side to show off my wife and I’d gowns (assuming she’d want a gown. I’m super girly and love dresses.) And the party would barely max out at 20 people so I will hopefully be easier for the photographer/videographer. I’ve dreamed of a super small wedding in a garden since I was a child but also know my future wifey may want something diffenrent. Lmao I’m silly to think this when I can’t even get someone to not stand me up for a date.
this video has inspire me to design a detailed suit, that has a lot of cool details. because you pointed that out so much and its really unfair that suits tend to be a lot plainer then wedding dresses
I like how you said unless it's a special suit because i have seen photos online of some gay men's amazingly unique and colorful and detailed wedding outfits actually. I have no idea how common it is for gay men to want to go that flamboyant and fun kind of route with wedding style but i think most of the nonbinary people I know also wouldn't be wearing a dress and most would want to make a fashion statement of like creativity with their weddings if they were to get married...
I wonder the percentages of women marrying each other where one or both don't wear a dress and how that affects this, especially when one is in a wedding dress and the other is in a more traditional tux or suit... I was actually really curious about bridal party/ies stuff which i know you skipped through that part in the middle mostly like little details like... I'm gonna have a same sex wedding most likely and like... I wonder if the color of dresses for bridesmaids for "both sides" looks sort mice and cohesive if it's the same and match or if the differences are ideal etc. Lol the only bouquet toss i participated in yeah it was an awkward maybe 6 of us who had to go up on the floor as the only ones unmarried or else no one would be there, and then the pride hadn't practiced tossing the bouquet while her back was turned to us and just dropped it directly on the floor not even close near us or able to be caught...

I am so glad you liked it! Acceptance and equality is SO important!
On the seating, my sisters same sex wedding had a sign that said, “pick a seat, not a side, either way it’s a bride”
cute!
