Doctor Osborne, I have recently been diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis. I have been following a Lichen Sclerosis support group on social media. There I have seen many women who have been doing Borax Soaking with great results for the treatment of this condition. Could you please do a video on the subject of Lichen Sclerosis and which natural remedies you would recommend including Borax if this is applicable for this condition?? Thank you!! Ann

Have you tried good quality colloidal silver nasal spray? Another remedy that helped me was garlic water (best to use organic garlic, it’s a little more gentle). I take filtered clean water, a small vodka shot glass or whatever glass you wanna use. And cut a small piece of garlic and try to crush it in that glass to leave it for a few hours in the fridge. The point is. A little bit of garlic juice should mix with the water. Be very careful if it’s too strong you will burn your sinuses. Start with extremely weak solution that you can barely taste garlic in that water. Then add a bit more if it’s too weak (after applying to sinuses). So when it’s the time solution, I take a dropper and put some into my nose. Tilt head on the side, to make sure the water drops all the way down the sinuses inside. Repeat for the other side. It shouldn’t sting too much. I had terrible pain in my ear, I wasted 6 months of goin back and forth to all sort of doctors, spend hundreds of dollars with no results. I couldn’t sleep at all, then tried to use garlic water thinking it would drop down close to ear on the inner sinus side and hopefully calm the inflammation down. Turned out it was bad sinus infection that was radiating into ear. I didn’t mix it in the right proportion, so it stung like crazy. But! The pain went away in 20 min and I’ve never had it ever again. Garlic is a natural antibiotic. The key is to restore your mouth microbiome and improve your immune system. Use herbal sprays to restore the tissue inside the sinuses.

For short term, I've used a sterile squirt bottle of warm saline water . Gently squeeze through one nostril while bending over the bathtub. It flushes out the other and reverse from the other until the half pint to pint of water is gone. Blow nose and sanitize the bottle, dry for next session at the end of the day.

Serious (weird) question on this topic...
Would castor oil be recommended or contra-indicated for what I describe below?
I've had some bellybutton issues--itchy, smells like death, qtips come out bloody. Tried hydrogen peroxide, tried Neosporin, nothing gives lasting improvement. Last night I looked in there with an otoscope. It looked like a colonoscopy, pink mucosal-looking tissue. Is this something that's crying out for castor oil or something that needs to be fixed before introducing castor oil?
