Stanton is a beautiful village full of charm. It looks like it came out of a picture book!!. This ride is a pleasure from start to finish!!. The honey color of the houses is very soft and warm at the same time. Very old houses; I saw one from 1618. The church is also very old. A walk not to be missed; THANK YOU 😀😀😀😀😀
I'm so lucky to live just a few miles from this beautiful village. Once a year they have an open gardens day where the village open their gardens to the public You just wouldn't believe some of the enormous and incredible gardens behind these houses. Thanks for the video.
One thing that stood out during lockdown was the peace and also how loud the birdsong seemed. This must be the every day norm in the little village, how lucky they are. 😊
I went there about 5 years ago from London but it's not easy to get there if you haven't got a car and there isn't any buses into this beautiful village.
(Very beautiful village, quiet, birds sing. I liked it a lot, thanks. Subscription from me.) Many thanks for your comment and thank you for your sub. Hope you are well.👍
Thank you for subscribing, I will be uploading more videos soon, some of the smaller less well know villages as well as the more famous. Do you have a favourite?
I just love the history and seeing the quaint thatched roof homes. Something with flowers would be nice. It relaxes my mind to see the serenity of these places without a million people milling around. I live near a coastal beach and we get thousands of tourists every week. It's very overwhelming to have such a crowded place to live, so I love to visit quiet places on UA-cam. ❤️💖🤗

Good observation Marisa, it’s a very common problem in England. Wealthy people from London buy up property all over England and only visit during the weekends or in the summer. So they call them “Ghost villages” happens even more in Cornwall. Thanks for taking the time to comment👍

Very good video, I like the use of ambient sounds, something I need to get braver in trying! Are you using an osmo mobile?

We do have seasons, but dry? No I don’t think so. 👍
Yeah we have summer and it was boiling last year..
there isnt anyone around...no kids playing outside or folks going for a run....do people still live here or is it like a heritage site?
