Thanks Sidharth, I am trying to showcase the real picture to our young professionals, really glad that you are finding the content helpful, because that's the whole purpose!! :)
Thank you ma'am for sharing this video. Yes mam please share more content on this topic for future perspective. Ma'am as of now I am looking for secure long term job.
Ma'am I don't know any software coding. Can I start my carrer into SAP HCM. I have done B.tech. in ECE 2016. Now after 4 years it is feasible that I can get job in SAP.
2 years experience (oct 2016-oct 2018) worked in training Co-ordination and talent acquisition. In this domain what is future scope. I am in doubt what to do. Please suggest🙏
Hi Rahul, I have already responded to this question of yours around one week ago, looks like you haven't checked my response there, anyways, I am copying it here again: Both the fields are quite forgiving when it comes to hiring candidates with Gap. Recruitment has always good number of Job openings in comparison to other, so you can easily start in there. Even you can find freelance assignments in recruitment, just be active on linkedin and follow related hastags you can soon find one, you can also connect with me over linkedin, I will tag you if I see any such job posting. The career growth in Recruitment is good for people who are always pushing boundaries, if you try to be in a comfort zone of this role, your growth will become stagnant(money wise). you have to make yourself an expert in the domain you choose to be the recruiter for, then there are no limits... Employees at Recruitment Manager(TA Manager) are paid really well. So don't hesitate and start your search. Also as Training and recruitment are under the same umbrella of HR, there are chances that you come across an opportunity of picking a pure HR role..
Mam iam b.tech 2018 passed out in ece. After graduation I got prepared for govt exams but now ended up in vain. Recently I have given entrance in MBA and got good rank. But now I am confused that either i do MBA after 2 years gap of graduation or I should try for corporate jobs..
Dear Uma, if you already have an opportunity with a good Rank, I would suggest to go for it. Because an MBA from a good institute automatically takes care of your job, you will get good placement and starting package will be good. Else you will hustle now for job and end up starting from a lower salary.
Mam for promotions in the post of directors etc. in it industry which master's degree is given importance mtech or mba. And for promotions which masters are given importance regular masters or distance masters?
I have completed more than 2years in a company and to increase my salary structure should I go for bank exams or go for MBA? But to pursue distance MBA is becoming difficult for work pressure. What do you suggest?
Hello maam.. I have completed the graduation in cse engineering but i don't have any technical knowledge. I'm confused about what to do now rather than coding to start my career in I.T industry plz help.
Hi Trupti, thats very common thing and that is the reason I have done a detailed video on following what steps you can start your career, when you have no idea at all. recommend to you go through this one: ua-cam.com/video/ZkIGHhCCwdA/v-deo.html
Ma'am I am Civill engineer 2020 pass out, but I've no interest working in civil engineering , I've ended up in this branch by chance.. during this lockdown I've learnt Python and SQL....so can I get job in IT industry???.....I'm really in confusion.... I've scored 92% in 10th and 92.5 in 12th and 72% in BTECh.....could pls guide me.
Dear Veeresh, if you have really learnt Python and Sql, you have great chances for IT industry, please start applying for "Data Analyst" position for freshers on Naukri and LinkedIn. Put efforts in job search, soon you should land in a job. Once you prove your skills in interview for Python and SQL, nobody cares, which branch are you from civil or mechanical, what matters is what you can deliver.. All the Best!!
@@veeresh1505 No it will not hinder, even in some campus placements we allow other branches to sit for IT positions, basis their interest. The only tip I can give you is, while mentioning btech in your resume don't mention your branch, so that shortlisting of resume is more basis your tech skills and during your interview you prove your skill, later you can tell, it doesn't matter...
Your Plan B should be your skill that you feel can land you in a job, in parallel to the preparation, keep working on that skill as well, don't let it die with time, this way if things don't go your way after exam, you can bounce back quickly in searching the job...
I want to ask if I have degrees in Msc Mathematics and Msc in IT and I do not have a science background(10+2 and Bachelor), can I apply for M.tech. if there any possible way for applying M.tech?
hi, i wanted to apply for assistant professor in future, i have done distant B.tech(ECE), and i have applied for M.Tech (weekend) from IPU. pls tell should i do M.tech (weekend) or Regular fromIPU so that i still be eligible for the post of AP?
Dear Taran, to grow in your "Professor" career you will need Phd degree sooner or later, now the issues is, only recognized institutes and bachelor/master degrees are eligible to apply for Phd. You will have to check which of these Mtech is recognized by Indian govt. bodies, if none.. then you will waste your time and money.
hello mam I am a 2021 graduate pursuing engineering from entc. I have a query about the eligibility criteria I have scored 59.3% in class 12 and I am not eligible to sit at any on-campus placements ? will you please suggest me some tips I am in a huge tension and confusion about my career. it would be a great help if you reply
Hey dear, I can understand, being above 60% criteria really affects many of us, however please don't be disheartened, Campus placements are not open to consider you but off campus jobs are there for sure, to start in that direction: just put a search for jobs for btech freshers on Naukri or linkedin, you will get lots of Postings, read their Job descriptions carefully (for a fresher), see which jobs resonates with you and you have skills as per them, now build your resume as per those skills, put those keywords in your resume, and if there is any skill which is constantly asked in all Job descriptions and you don't know that, then invest time in learning that. once you feel you everything required, put your profile on Naukri and Linkedin and also keep applying for jobs. You will eventually find something you like.. All the best!!
Dear Anusha, Direct freshers in core HR is not possible, yes you can get into "recruitment jobs", as employers prefer technical graduates for "technical recruiter" role, but remember the growth from a recruiter to a core HR role will be really slow, might take several years, so keep that in mind.
@@theCorporateDiaries Mam but they are advertising walk-ins for HR recruiters and mentioned graduation is enough. So.. @@pirangianusha7495 Dear, I mentioned the same thing.. Please understand "HR recruiters" is a recruitment role not a "Core HR" role... Yes you can for sure appear for interviews
