Hi left side of shure se846 has no bass ,I did clean and changed filters ,everything works but still no patch from bass
What is your recommendation ?

Ideally, I would prefer just to buy a replacement case, as you said we could buy the replacement case.

You need the metal cylinder tool that comes in the box with your 846's
