Yes Chala sakte ho but only low bass sound pe becoze 25 k amplifier is not recommended for a single 8 inch Speaker , you can use 10inch 100w for best results

Koi jaroori nahi. Ek woofer aur tweeter se bi tower ban sakta hey. Sirf box 4 feet ka hona hei aur 10 inch width 8 inch ya 10 inch depth hona hai. Bass reflex wale ka chakkar mei nahi padna jisme bahut calculation ka jaroorat hota hei. Fully sealed banao. Kabi bi subwoofer speaker mat lagao. Sirf woofer midrange aur tweeter saath mei cross over pakka zaroori hei. Midrange piche sealed jaise tweeter ka hota waise mila tho acha hei. Nahi tho midrange aur tweeter ko tower ki thoda uper ki tarh fit karo aur box mei partion karo nahi tho woofer ka vibration midrange ka cone ko disturb karke awaaz bigad tha hei.
