The fact that people literally camped out for days knowing the chances are slim to none in getting these , on top of his history of backdooring and on top of the fact that this man literally lets people die at his shows. My theory is...the mods were waiting for Travis to finish sending out his Friends/Family pairs to determine what stock remained as inventory on his website. Hard to believe that Nike provides just a few hundred pairs for his website drops. Travis or his team must be giving them out to F&F and the drop is more so intended to sell the Wack ASF merch.

@JamesMeyers When it's Jordan quality, I may consider it but other than a couple pairs of shorts, I stopped buying Travis merch after those Tees he collaborated with KAWS/Fragment/CPFM and a few of the McDonalds Tees were dope too.

His merch is really hit and miss. The quality in the phantom merch was actually solid. However some stuff has been really cheaply made.
If you are not a part of Travis F&F or a content creator glazing him, you are not getting a pair unless it's through the SNKRS app. Last time mass amount of ppl hit on that site was for the AF1 Utopia, which was a total scam.

I'm not going to get worked up over the nonsense that took place and I'm boycotting all Travis Scott shoes...his music aight but there are ACTUAL Houston legends (Pimp C, Fat Pat, Big Moe, Z-RO, and more) that deserve more recognition anyway. I only really like the Houston Oilers (IYKYK) color way of the Jordan 4's and the Purple pair.

Went for both pairs on the travis site. Both were a big L. But the snkrs app pulled through on the sail pair big W. My snkrs app hit last year on the olive travis and now on the jumpaman jacks sail.

Im pretty sure a sneaker that hype is being backdoored. Travis Scott is making a percentage of every pair that sells. If hes getting 3% or even 5% then if that sneaker sells for 2grand and his team is backddoring these then hes going to make a good chunk of cash off those sales. 5% of 2000 is 100 dollars. Hes gonna get his cut so. Makes sense from that standpoint. Someone is making money on these

I really don't see a point to shock dropping both of these shoes on the site when there is 1 or 2 hours of time to enter in. They might as well just put the day up a week ahead because in no way were these going to be made easier to get when they give that much time for people to enter. The whole thing really does make it look like its about the merch than the shoes. Makes you keep coming back to see if the raffle is done to make you think about buying the merch again if you already told yourself no and reconsider.
