    I'm tremendously impressed with Mark Rasmus as seen here on youtube or online in general. Thank you for the Insights.

      @@randyl8330 hi Randy thanks for you question.
      On his site, his current training cost for the 150 hr full month of October is $5k for new students, 2.5k for old.
      I didn’t go too deep into costs since it fluctuates greatly depending on how long you train with him and pricing is often not set in stone. Shorter stays are more expensive relative to days spent, while the longer you train, the more fair or even generous the fees are. Generally once you’ve attended one workshop, he discounts all following workshops for old students from 30-50% off the price for new students. If you use archive.org and look at his webpages over the years through the wayback machine, you can see his pricing he has done on past workshops as well as his old curriculums for courses, and the new/old student pricing has been pretty consistent for nearly the last decade. He used to charge in thai bhat so it may have been cheaper in the past, inflations impacted all costs for businesses and consumers like including trainings/seminars.
      A few of his senior students who help out or assist with trainings don’t always pay training fees but pay in other ways with time, training students, efforts or assisting with videos/logistics. These senior students typically are living on savings, online businesses, have remote jobs, or are independently wealthy. That’s only offered case-by-case and only with people who have gone through trainings before who have something equally valuable to offer or who are inclined to be or are already teachers at any capacity. More attention can be shared to those who put more into the personal training/ teaching of the materials in whatever capacity makes sense for the individual. That’s true for any groups or trainings in that people who contribute or are more helpful in general get more out of the community and those leading that community.
      I’m Not sure how to be more candid or explicit than that - as far as lodging, food, transportation, none of that is included in training fees.
      hope that helps!

      @@randyl8330 sounds about right, the 5k is only for his teachers course idk what he’ll do the following years. People stay wherever they want, sometimes they stay together or not it’s all informal. Trainings are done depending on the weather and wherever we are in the world. Thailand usually has indoor venues, sometimes outdoors if the spot has good energy for practice. A little outside old city, not exactly sure where this year. Transports easy, grab an Uber or download “grab” . Exchange some money at the airport, best rates in Thailand (usual for most countries but best rates at airport ) students often like to hangout in small groups after class to grab food and chat about the work or life, and then practice afterwards.
      Thai Visas are now usually 45 days upon entry for most countries so should be good

      @@themysterycollege thx for the info that you are willing to give. BTW 5k for 150 hrs of face time with a master of Mark's talent level cannot be considered greedy, and your insights prove the whole experience to be worthwhile.

    Does he have plans for next year?? I’d love to learn from him but not sure this year will work for me…

    • @themysterycollege
      @themysterycollege  5 місяців тому

      I am not sure about his plans for 2025. He often releases videos when he has upcoming workshops or plans for the year. Stay tuned! That's his style, instead of a text newsletter or email blast. I understand, as sending out newsletters can be tricky. Videos also convey alot more context, subtleties and emotions then written form from my perspective

      Thanks! I might even drop an email at some point if I can’t keep up with the videos. I’m having intense planetary transits atm it’s a wild time haha.
      The way you speak made it sound like he is pretty friendly and approachable? I was training with one of his students for a while and would love to learn direct from him. I think I know the big French guy you mentioned in the video 🤣
      Even in marks videos, the way he explains is simple yet profound. Simple explainations he gave added hugeee layers to the depth of my practice :) thanks again 🙏🏻✨

      @@tesswollin8672 That's great! He's quite friendly and approachable, especially in person. With email or texting, he can be a dry texter which can give people a wrong idea, but it's far from the truth.
      Sometimes people send him, me, or Sixty Skills several-page long essays and expect us to do the same unsolicited. If I start getting enough messages, I may need to speak with more brevity as well.
      Most all the students who have worked with Mark are great and able to confer skills. I am also good friends with someone who exclusively trained through Sixty Skills online videos and whose just as skilled as any of the people I trained with in the teacher training.
      Great teachers get thier students great results

    What's your view, Mark Rasmus teaching vs. sixty skills?

    • @themysterycollege
      @themysterycollege  5 місяців тому

      @@harryikiriko6161 both have strengths. Sixty skills is great for conciseness, clarity and has more online support through his live course, marks been teaching this stuff the longest And has the most material and long-term practice / personal experience teaching in person.
