I´m on the fifth day, and on the third I already noticed amazing results such as mind clarity, and a tingling in my left leg that I had for 14 years has gone. This is actually the most potent ayurvedic test booster. Way more potent than Ashwagandha. Also, its not just that, its a multi-mineral, multivitamin and does many other thing just than improving testosterone like reducing fatigue, improving immunity, respiratory disorder, is anti-oxidant and anti aging compound.
Also the practice is to use it in less quantity but for long duration like for few years. Use it 2-3 times a day 500 mg to 1 grams for say 6 months. It will be more potent that using it 5 grams once a day for 2 months.

Don't get the powder crap. I got the actual tar-looking shilajit in a very small can which had a plastic container inside. One SMALL pea size bit of it mixed in water makes me feel incredibly revitalized. I have NEVER had a supplement that wasn't just complete bullshit, or at least very slow to act. This stuff was actually pretty impressive. As someone who is a huge cynic, I'd actually recommend this stuff. Very surprised.

I love SHILAJIT. I get the powder or the capsules. It works very well. The powder is simply dried and pulverized resin. It's not inferior as expensive Shilajit companies postulate.
I love Shilajit, i've been using it for 2 weeks now and i feel amazing. I've had some pretty severe auto immunity problems that have thankfully subsided, but treatment for the illness led to arthritis in my shoulder and joint pain. Shilajit and its anti-inflammatory properties have definity helped in my overall health. The Testosterone boosting affects are noticeable as well, i would recommend this for men who are suffering from low Test, that might be considering TRT. This is something that should definitely be incorporated every Mans diet.

Thanks for the informative video! I too bought the resin vs the powder last year. Stuff is BOMB. However I like the idea of a powder or capsule for ease of consumption. You have to melt the resin off your utensil into whatever you are using it in. I always do it in my coffee with MCT powder that has stevia cinnamon in it... the resin gives it a lovely new flavor...tastes amazing!. LOVE me my shilajit!!

Through my research I found out that most potent and best version of shilajit comes from Himalayan mountains and is dark with reddish tone to it while ones from India are all dark, can you give some information about this since I ordered Himalayan version and received all black with no red what's so ever Shilajit.

powdered shilajit is not the real shilajit, it is the resin that comes out the mountain rocks which has all the nutrients in it. the powder is void of all that.

I also like to add to my tea in morning [ 1/2 t. each- cumin,fennel and coriander ; steep in very hot water [on low heat] 12 min store in thermos to keep hot , sip through day -to add Shilajit dip popsicle stick into liquid 1/2 inch . mix in 8 oz of hot tea or plain water [cold ok too]

Most supplements of this nature are probably better cycled. Tonic herbs can be taken continuously and work best that way, except during illness.

Anyone out there taking Shilajit who is a post menopausal female. Shilajit is high in iron. My doctor has told me my vitamins should be iron free otherwise it could cause heart problems.

When saying it can or may, is not definite enough. Everything can or may fix something. But I like things that in studies, do work.
Then you must like pharmaceutical substances, which are the only substances permitted by the FDA to claim to "fix" anything. Dietary supplements cannot make this claim under US law. Also, you are unfamiliar with the methodology of double blind testing. One cannot claim that something cures anything. One can only make the statement that the hypothesis that something is effective cannot be rejected given a certain standard normal distribution of random outcomes. Kind of like in a court of law. Nobody is ever found innocent. The only possible verdicts are guilty (it doesn't work) or not guilty (we can't prove it doesn't work). There is no such thing as a verdict of innocent.

Shilajit is dug out of heavily polluted India. So, can anyone say they're not taking heavy metals with shilajit?
It is from other areas such as Siberia as well, however indeed there are heavy metals in it.. Heavy metals naturally come from the earth. An older friend from Russia told me that Mumiyo/Shilajit should be taken sparingly (baby pea size piece) and only for a very short while if one is going to use it.
Mine comes from 16,000 feet up in Pakistan. There is no pollution at that altitude. It also has a COA and is able to avoid California Prop 65 warnings. Shop around.
