The other great tales voted in a fan-based poll are Beyond The Black River,Red Nails,The People of The Black Circle,as well as The Tower of The Elephant. So surreal is the art and storytelling skill of REH.The anniversary of his death is June 12 in Cross Plains,Texas, his hometown in the 30'sm
We'll definitely be visiting those stories in the future! Can't wait to explore those on the channel. And I couldn't agree more, the world that RE Howard has built is just so fantastic and intriguing. And I'll make a note of his date of death, thank you.
Thanks, man! These Conan stories are quickly becoming my favorites to read out loud :D And my personal favorite image from this one, is the one where they're climbing the tower. Just looks so dynamic and adventurous :D
@@MiniatureMythos I also noticed that image, and it is pretty darn awesome! I was thinking "man I wonder what the prompt was for that" with how hard it is to get AI to nail it like that! LOL I have enough trouble trying to get my subjects to not have 7 fingers or 3 legs... 🤣🤣🤣
Most of the time it's just shotgunning prompts until you get lucky with something. And then comes the Photoshop editing to fine-tune here and there... 😅 What AI are you using? I'm using DALL-E and recently those results have seldomly resulted in extra digits or limbs tho...
@@MiniatureMythos I originally was using Firefly that comes with Adobe Creative Suite, but mostly now use the NightCafe site, with the Dreamshaper XL or the SDXL engines. They have the Dall-E engine, but it's for paid subscribers, and I've been tempted to go that way, especially since they have "models" available too, which I want to use for the "Monsters of the Eclipse" audiodrama we've been making. We need more character consistency, and that's one of the only ways I've seen to achieve it. Out of curiosity, where are you using the Dall-E engine at?
Yeah, going for a consistent style for Ginnungagap and Vitale would be a definite added bonus as your series goes along! I'm using DALL-E in Canva, where I make most of my Thumbnails and Instagram Posts/Stories as well 😅
Your Yag-kosha is excellent 🐘
Thanks! Yag-Kosha was voiced by a friend of mine, so I'll pass along the compliment! :D
The grandiose written by Robert E Howard, oh such great wording, pits me there in the depths of the story many thanks, Hyborian,Crooommmm
Thank you for enjoying it! This story does indeed evoke some of the more fantastic images when reading it.
Wonderful tale.
