When I first watched this: I thought when we needed something new and fresh in KPOP, iKON always delivers without losing their unique touch to the tracks
The face Jinani made after listening to song for the first time is because he really really really liked the song and he really really really wanted to do this song (as a solo, but then he decided it was too hard as a solo and thought it fit better for iKON).
In case you missed it: BOBBY's first verse is a lowkey shoutout for his wifey 💙
Another thing that I find is that Bobby is the only one singing 'I'm in love with you' instead of singing 'I'm in love again' hahaha
After watching the mv, the title of iKON's album, FLASHBACK, makes so much sense with its dreamy like aura and going back to the memories they treasure and missed so much.
I'm a hardcore YG stan (VIP). I didn't know about these references of course because I'm not Korean and did not know the lyrics pretty much. Love both of u from Malaysia.
only Bobby's rap sounds like an ode to the person he's in love with haha if he wrote it for his wife that would just be adorable tbh

I'm guessing "But You" is a bit connected to "Born To Love You" as well, because both Seungyoon and Chanwoo portray a guy who is heart-broken, and they can't get over the feeling of loving someone deeply. So after they broke up, the guy needs a night out with his friends to unwind and forget the pain just for a moment.
