They blurred the text, which is revealed later in the show, because it said "Look Under the Table"; "Debajo de la mesa" written on the boat translated to "Under the Table", and the button that Jon hit and said was a pointless feature lit a sign on the front of the table that says "Look Under the Table". There was a bunch of bridge building supplies attached underneath. To answer your question: so that production could reveal the fun twist at the right moment.
The travel shows she has done are quite fun. Missed the one in NYC Her hair up is a different look. In a good way. :)

There are currently 2 advertisements on UA-cam in the UK, the ugly women in leopard skin in the coke adverts and the Arab in the Tesco adverts. Both of these are so bad that I will never buy Coca-Cola again or shop in Tescos, and I will definitely not buy Coca-Cola from a Tesco.
