According to leaks, the new Ghost Recon is set to be a 1st Person Shooter, thoughts?
Not happy about it I love the third person perspective and being able to round corners and take cover just feels much more tactical in my opinion and shoulder swapping as well I prefer 3rd in my opinion I just hope they go back to making it a true tactical experience honestly I love breakpoint with all the immersion changes you can make to it much better after you alter some settings.
ewwwww it better be good and unique...and there's no reason why they can't also make it third person.... wildlands was great but they do the cash grab with the micro transactions and run.
Could be fun, remember how Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter on PC was set in First Person, and it was really cool First Person like ARMA.
I hope it’s not 1st person. GR has a unique feel to it being 3rd person.
I don't care as long as the game itself is good. Give me a good story, good gameplay, good character design and I'll be happy. Not seeing your gear and stuff will definitely be a shame, but as long as the game is actually good, I don't care about the perspective.

Dam such a iconic duo, would love to have a game session with you guys as a pc newbie.
Great video as always. I also like Motherland a lot. What I dislike a lot though is the super armor that the new enemies are sporting. Needing multiple head shots or one or two mags to get one down is like playing an arcade game against a high level opponent.
I hope the new game will feature a decent damage model. Currently shooting someone in the leg repeatedly does nothing at all until the last shot finally kills him. Rediculous.
Also I would like the chosen camo to have an impact on stealth. Can't be that hard to implement.

Custer, I’ve been loving your stalker stuff recently, but I’m so happy to see more breakpoint! You asked about a stalker play through a while ago, and I think that longer series would be great to watch. Especially with the way you make you videos.
Tried a stealth approach no kills, no bodies in a base before? Like sneak around, planting the C4 on the objectives, get out of the base and watch the firework?
I have done that before in the channel (I think)

This game got so much better after they implemented The Ghost Mode options (I think thats what it was called).
I just wish they released more cosmetics for console players. Watching the PC community get new shrouds and hoods and what not was painful lol.
Really thinking of going back and running this one again.
Breakpoint vids are always appreciated, the immersion is what gets me every time!

I assume you on controller for those smooth pan while in third person but the overhead shot of guys gettting taken out in beginnning...how did you manage that?

In co-op going into photo mode doesn't pause the game, so you can do stuff like that. I wonder who he played with tho 🧐

iv been playing this game on xbox for a long time, infact i just finished the mission your playing right now and i did not know you can zoom in with the sniper scope.🤯

What gear do you use for your outfit
One of my favorite tactics say if it to take intel but there is way to many of them to fight or sneak really you can shoot a rocket just in range for them to hear and wait for them to all converge on that spot. When they are all over there trying to find you you can practicaly just walk in silently killing the last few guards

Thanks! I did took a break from it, and probably still will from time to time and only really post here and there but it took a lot of mental gymnastics to make content on this game back then 🤣

Breakpoint was such an amazing looking game and so much fun.
Has to be 1st or 3rd person it then satifies a much wider audience.
I’ve loved this game ever since they added the realism overhaul mode.
Only reason I started playing :)
will still play if its first person but doesn't stealth just suck in first person lol. the whole reason i love GR is because stealth, its probably the best games when it comes to stealth. wildlands was my first GR game but i didn't get into breakpoint until later when it was on sale because of the bad reviews but when i did it was honestly really fun, story was mid but it was the experience because they somewhat fixed it with the dlc and ghost experience. i still play it even though i finished the game, i have like 500+ hours on it not to brag of course lol.
Wildlands had a great cinematic experience thanks to the world design and civilian presence, but Breakpoint is the more immersive experience from a gameplay perspective, with its highly refined movement, camera system, and overall AI flexibility.
I would love to see them merge the strengths of both games and top it off with a hybrid first/third person viewing options. Would be a killer installment.

The movement, graphics and actual world detail of this game is amazing. Problem is that ubisoft like always out of greed fumbled this game to the ground as soon as they released it. After that it was over. They could never ever recover this game. Yes now its solid, i bought it for 9 euros but i would never pay 70 euros for the game they initialy released. It was unplayable and not ghost recon at all. Also the setting sounded really interesting you being hunted and stuff, but it was just drones everywhere and world altough it was beautiful it was empty. But honestly next gr must be third person. It would be waste to lose all these animations they implemented.

Well, the best Ghost Recon (Original) was 1st person with a replay record option and was amazing.
The First Ghost recon was a crosshair in the screen, bit different
@@CusterPlays Yep, no visible hands, but first person anyways. However I enjoy Wildlands & Beakpoint a lot so my vote goes for a "switch view" mode
This game is a letdown compared to how good the environment and story felt in wildlands. The only thing this game has going for it is the gameplay. 🎉🎉

If only it was a combination of both. Customization, animations, movement, gear options, and shooting are all better in Breakpoint but the environment, being on a high tech island, just sucks as a location

I really don't like the FPS idea. I've started playing Breakpoint OSP. You have tostart with a pistol, but thats it, and use any weapons or gear you pick up

Give players the choice. Play third or first person, your choice
if it goes back to 1st person and they don't implement a 3rd person view, it's a pass, there are too many 1st person shooters out there

I’m not saying I’m gonna pass but.. I do agree with you. Ubisoft can do many things.. Good first person animations are not one of them. 3rd Person however, they really cracked the code

Yeah and there is a reason it's underrated. They wanted a live service title with bad choices during release. For me wildlands was a much better game , and I got a thousand hours. At Breakpoint I may have a hundred.
As long as Ubisoft doesn't screw it over with microtransaction it will be good. I don't trust ubisoft at all. The last few games has been well else then good. Singleplayer games with forced internet and server connections is just bad. No way around it.....

Cluster, I find it strange that the Devs claim to be following games like MW3, but MW2 & 3 have taken all the good stuff from Ghost series, stuff like - drones, 3rd person, gears, Central and South America theme, so who's following who? Jamaica Ghost ...holding.
